After cleaning the vents and dryer and full dryer troubleshooting, we contacted At Your Service Pros (kudos to the Costco-dispatched tech for noticing the extremely hot circuit breaker). At Your Service was very flexible on appointment times, and one of their techs, Kyle, came out to service the home. Kyle reproduced and diagnosed the issue to the circuit breaker. Not only did he fix the circuit breaker, but he also noticed some of the wiring needed to be placed at the service panel, which he did as well. He also checked the other breakers while he was out there and made sure the dryer outlet was okay. Lo and behold, the dryer works perfectly now. Thanks Kyle and At Your Service for getting this issue fixed and for taking a larger look at the panel to make sure things look okay. I appreciate Kyle was on time and that the service was professional and efficient.

They wanted to move the appointment to the morning, where I already had prior commitments, and when I couldn't I was told that "I cancelled" the work order!?! Their "Priority Scheduling" is a scam and so is their service agreement (which clearly has no value): Customers exist for their convenience only and they don't hesitate to blame the customer for the company's failures. Avoid these scumbags - you'll be better off financially for your decision.

Then they give me a hard sell and charged me $189 for a cleaning that couldn't have taken 30 minutes. Tech explained he had to drive out to Heber. How come I wasn't charged extra for that for the basic service? Then I was pressured to write a review for them while the tech was still there. Really? No... Sorry... Here's your review done at my convenience and in an honest fair fashion. Although I do understand your insecurity about what kind of review I would write. Then the tech left with the AC reset to 70° and the fan on permanently. Had to get out my manual to figure out how to turn the fan off. Let's see... Is there anything more they could have done to deserve a one star? No they touched all those bases. These are exactly the kind of people I would never let in my house again!
