It's based solely on the booking process. I was able to book an appointment on Sunday for Monday morning, but they called early Monday and said they couldn't make it until Tuesday. That caused me to miss out on other companies that had Monday availability and wasted valuable time on something we needed done as soon as possible. They need to get their scheduling system figured out.

Their "Priority Scheduling" is a scam and so is their service agreement (which clearly has no value): Customers exist for their convenience only and they don't hesitate to blame the customer for the company's failures. Avoid these scumbags - you'll be better off financially for your decision.

We were trying to save money so Hank helped give me a litle guidance on breaking up the cement so I could do that and then he could come in and do the plumbing. He was so helpful and I was able to get it done quickly. When it came time for them to come plumb the basement they laid down clothes so they didn't track dirt in the house and they got finished with the entire project in 3.5 hours.
