I was pretty nervous about this class for the usual reasons (i'm not fit enough, i can't do it, im going to make a fool of myself, etfc.) But from the moment I walked in it was apparent that my worries were totally unfounded. The instructor James (who is also the owner I believe) was an incredible motivator. He made me feel really comfortable the whole class. He pushed me but also didn't shame me when I needed a break. After the class I felt AMAZING. Accomplished, strong, capable, exhausted (yet somehow energized), and HAPPY. I can't wait to come back and try another class. Get some!

I wanted to try something challenging and different so went in for an orientation with James. He…read morereally knows his stuff and showed me around the key moves of the TRX and also kettle bells. Then I stayed for the TRX Body Blast and it was killer! I have been working out steadily all year but I immediately felt how the TRX gets to muscles I wasn't using and also allows for some more dynamic movement like swings that are just more fun than lifting weights. I will definitely be back for more classes and I'm so glad I can now use the TRX and bells at other gyms when I travel! Definitely recommended!

As someone who has a toxic and problematic relationship with the "health" industry, I have never…read morebeen able to find a space where I feel comfortable exercising... until now. First of all, the structure of the workouts, heart monitor and zones are perfect for beginners who don't know what the heck to do in a gym. Second, the staff and coaches here are incredibly friendly, inclusive and professional. Not once has any of the encouragement been looks or body focused (which many studies have shown only increases shame and reduces productivity in most people) and there isn't a competition component except to just do your best at whatever level you are. With the heart monitor I am able to workout in a zone that is both beneficial yet comfortable and now have the numbers right there to be able to gauge where I am. This makes the OTF system more sustainable than anything else I have attempted. This is bound to be a life-changing decision for me :)

So important at these franchises to have consistency in coaches - they truly keep members coming back. Love OTF and so happy they're right in Guilford!!

I also like the fact that the treadmills all have a screen on them so that you could watch TV, Netflicks, etc. They really don't have bikes for individual use, but have them all in a spinning room. The seats are also uncomfortable. The place is clean and well maintained. I love the locker room. It has large lockers to store your clothes, unlike Planet Fitness down the road. I will not be back to ever shower the toilets are safe to use much more kept up. I will be back to use the pools and things but never the shower, it's a mold experiment waiting to make someone sick.
