After this first expereience I somehow…read morefeel like I'm allowed to shout things like "get some!" and "oo-ra" - as if I have earned the right. I was pretty nervous about this class for the usual reasons (i'm not fit enough, i can't do it, im going to make a fool of myself, etfc.) But from the moment I walked in it was apparent that my worries were totally unfounded. The instructor James (who is also the owner I believe) was an incredible motivator. He made me feel really comfortable the whole class. He pushed me but also didn't shame me when I needed a break. After the class I felt AMAZING. Accomplished, strong, capable, exhausted (yet somehow energized), and HAPPY. I can't wait to come back and try another class. Get some!

Then I stayed for the TRX Body Blast and it was killer! I have been working out steadily all year but I immediately felt how the TRX gets to muscles I wasn't using and also allows for some more dynamic movement like swings that are just more fun than lifting weights. I will definitely be back for more classes and I'm so glad I can now use the TRX and bells at other gyms when I travel! Definitely recommended!

The equipment and space is nice, and has a nice layout. TVs are also set up with lots of choices Bathrooms are only equipped with three showers and two toilet stalls. Not enough for the equipment it's should support. They only have two common tables to sit at to eat or text . Place is clean and staff are friendly .

Katie is fantastic - she's so motivating, pushes everyone, and consistently comes to class with positive energy- despite it being 5AM!!! Katie is one of the big reasons I attend this gym and look forward to waking up at 415am to see her smiling face!!! So important at these franchises to have consistency in coaches - they truly keep members coming back. Love OTF and so happy they're right in Guilford!!

The workout is fun with a lot of variation between running, rowing, and weights. They have special events that are optional -- but really fun to try...and challenges -- again optional, that give you ssomething to strive for. There is also a fun kind of social aspect to OTF - you sort of hang together in an area before going into the gym -- and you meet really nice people so it always gives me a lift first thing in the morning.

They are not cleaned regularly and there's black mold around the drain and on the shower curtains. The bathrooms are not maintained at all filthy filthy filthy. I wouldn't recommend my dog to come here. It's a nice sale for other things like swimming and stuff, but I don't think they maintain their bathrooms and showers and have enough exercise equipment for busy times get to wait for the machines you want. I will not be back to ever shower the toilets are safe to use much more kept up. I will be back to use the pools and things but never the shower, it's a mold experiment waiting to make someone sick.

The hours are great on weekdays - 530am - 9p but Sundays only 8a-4p - an extra hour on a sunday would be nice. The pools are bright and airy and the competition pool seems really clean. Lifeguards are friendly and seem to be paying attention to safety! CONS - For much of the year, there is a swim team that practices in the competition pool at prime after-work hours (often 4p-7p) and in the fall, there is the GUILFORD girls HS team, so it can be hard to swim after work. (But it is open at 530a for those early birds who want to swim before work!)

There is always a personal trainer with you to make you feel comfortable and the workouts are based on your goals. Besides that, you can meet with the nutritionist and work out a nutrition plan. They have a ton of retail space filled with Pure Barre, Spiritual Gangster, Lululemon, Beyond Yoga, and more. There is even a cute changing room! As far as workout studio, all their equipment is new and in great condition. The studio is long and equipped with mirrors and a good speaker system. I highly suggest supporting them as local owners and for a seat kicking workout!

I've been training at MoJoes in Guilford since last July. My husband also trains here, joining…read moreseveral months after I did. The trainers are very good. They listen to your health concerns and adapt as necessary. There has been some turnover as a couple of the trainers have moved on to an athletic training track. They rarely cancel which is important to me as a regular. While the focus seems to be on the Milford location on IG, etc. more attention has been given to the Guilford location recently. Some new equipment, a new paint job and deep cleaning have improved the gym. It's a great improvement. Great to see an AED added to both locations!

My kids have not been to XMA since Fall of 2022 and I have over $2000 worth of charges (December…read more2023) for my kids this 2024 year! Its hard to get ahold of anyone. I spoke to Jeff in January about the charges-he said he would call back and followup but never did. I put in a dispute with my credit card company but it did not get resolved because XMA disputed it. I should have never paid for my kids memberships annually...this rollover membership is a ripoff since the company doesn't followup with families. It must be nice just to earn money for kids that don't actually go. Unfortunately, its the families who pay. I heard they were really great at one point, but a bunch of families have mentioned how its gone down hill. Plus I know I'm not the only one who has issues with charges.
