When I called the restaurant, they blamed the UberEats driver even though a restaurant employee packaged the food. He offered to give me store credit for an another order of miso soup but we have no interest in going back. My wife and I ordered filet minion which was ok. We could have spent less money and got really good hibachi without the melted plastic lids, if we were willing to drive farther to another hibachi restaurant.
