For months before my appointment I shared inspo pics with her & she shared comments & suggestions. During my appointment she walked through the process with me & also gave tips for styling & color preservation. Not only did I learn from my appointment but she also took video & shared it so others could learn from it. I also had an appointment with her where I cut over 12 inches of hair off!! Yes waxing is painful, but this seemed like the goal was to get me in and out in 10 minutes or less. It seemed like there was no consideration for my comfort. On top of that, I left every waxing with bruises (which can happen if you're not hydrated) but also burns and raw skin patches that took a long time to heal fully. Any complaints I made, I was told to purchase something from their extensive line of pre and post care ointments and products, and that the wax was kept at a regulated temperatures. I just think customer care wasn't prioritized and it wasn't a great experience.
