She needed multiple reminders to increase pressure from "medium" to between medium and deep tissue. At one point I told her I was going to get up and leave if she was unable to give me the massage I paid for, then she paid more attention to my request for more pressure. She stopped at 1155am. No attention at all to feet, scalp, face which in my 50 years of getting massages is fairly routine. Feet have never been skipped before on a massage. I usually tip well but today I couldn't find a reason to tip for service. I won't be seeing Berta again when I go back. Bad attitude, bad service.

I just got mine done here today. When the gel accidentally falls on your gums, which is inevitable, it BURNS SO BAD. Immediately after finishing, my teeth were so painfully sensitive. Just air hitting my teeth made me double over in pain & almost cry. Wish I hadn't done it, not worth this horrible tooth pain. I don't notice a huge difference, it's minimal. I should have stuck to safe home remedies for whitening, like coconut oil pulling, tumeric, baking soda, etc.

The atmosphere was very warm & inviting. She asked what kind of look I would like and since this was my first time doing something like this, I told her I trusted her and would leave it up to her, as this is her field. I shared the colors I was wearing to help with coordinating the eye shadow colors. The end result clearly showed she is skilled in her profession and I was very satisfied with my makeup. I felt confident & beautiful and received many compliments on my makeup from family & friends. Lolly took the time to listen to me and I couldn't be happier with the results. A couple of days before the wedding I had my eyelashes done elsewhere and they were awful. Not only did Lolly work me in to fix them for me, when I arrived into town, but she would not even let me pay her. She genuinely cared that as mother of the bride, I was embarrassed to attend the wedding with my lashes the way they were. She came to my rescue! Such kindness and generosity is a rare thing to find. On the wedding day she did a fantastic job. She was easy to work with and very accommodating. I am very impressed with her and her artistic ability! Not to mention the beautiful work you did on my daughter and her wedding party. I'm such a fan Lolly! Thank you
