While Mane Beauty is conveniently located and offers a wide selection of hair products, my overall experience has declined significantly over time. I've noticed a consistent pattern of curt, dismissive, and unwelcoming behavior--particularly from the immigrant woman stationed in the back. Her tone and demeanor often come across as abrasive and unnecessarily harsh.
More concerning, however, is the racial undertone in how certain customers are treated.
