We were greeted by the massage therapist and had back to back appointments because there was only one massage therapist in house that day. Both massage therapists speak Mandarin and English so it was easy to communicate with them. The one who accepted the call for the appointments was not there so when we walked in the massage therapist seemed a bit thrown back when we came in but we also had only made the appointments 30 minutes prior. My friend who got their massage first said it was great, saying she put in a lot of pressure to relieve all tension. I did not receive the same pressure but I assume it's because I was her third client in a row which is understandably tiring. She was very thorough with our full body massages going over the back, waist, pelvic area, part of the glutes, chest, scalp, face, hands, feet, legs, fingers, and arms. I was embarrassed when I had to flip over to lay on my back cause I was COLD and my nips definitely reflected that! The sheet they cover you with is thin (think flat sheet in a sheet set) and the table doesn't have any heating whatsoever. The floors were heated but that didn't really help since I'm laying on the table majority of the time. I did see the thermostat was set at 75 degrees so it really could have just been me that was cold but a thicker sheet could have definitely helped. All in all, the prices are decent and I would come again.

We picked a date and arranged our massages via telephone and email. We later tried to rearrange our times, which wasn't possible, but the team was super responsive and very kind and tried so hard to make it work! Which we really appreciated. We arrived a few minutes early to complete the forms, and were treated to a warm welcome in a calm, inviting space with zero stress vibes. The two massage therapists who worked with/on us were both there to greet us, both super friendly and excellent vibes from the start. My husband was treating me for my birthday, so I was hoping for excellence, and we got it. He had deep tissue, and he said he was extremely happy with the results. It was both invigorating and relaxing for him. I wanted pure relaxation, so opted for Swedish Massage. I was so relaxed, I fought sleep the entire time b/c I wanted to experience the excellence that was taking place. Every single part of me was relaxed - I was in a near coma state of bliss! I walked (oozed?) out of the place afterward feeling 100% whole and completely at ease. We were lucky enough to leave there and head to a hot-tub at our hotel (Hilton, Scotts Valley - lovely place) and that was just perfect. And did I mention how affordable it felt! It was about $110 (I think) for 90 minutes - plus of course a good cash tip b/c it was well deserved, and you should ALWAYS tip our massage therapist!
