The office has the technology to support an informed diagnosis. The procedure was painless and completed in a timely fashion. The staff was helpful and friendly. I recommend them highly.

Was referred to this practice after a metal file had broken off in my molar during a root canal…read moreprocedure. I was seen by Dr. Verma and he did a thorough examination of my tooth. The depth of the metal file indicated I had two options. Option 1 was to remove my entire tooth to get to the metal file and do an implant. Option 2 was to extract my tooth, hoping the tooth doesn't crack and the metal file comes out with the tooth. Dr. Verma indicated the success rate for option 2 is usually 70-80% successful. I went with Option 2 and Dr. Verma told the front staff that he wanted to be the one to do the procedure. I came back a few days later for the procedure. Dr. Verma patiently and slowly broke my tooth away from the rest of my mouth (took some time to ensure the tooth didn't break). He then removed the metal file by drilling it out. The tooth was re-inserted into my gums (sorry not sure on all the terminology) and he said everything went well. I had shared the news of the procedure with some of my relatives and family and they were amazed about the procedure as most had never heard of a tooth being extracted and re-inserted. I had a follow up appointment and Dr. Verma examined my tooth after 2 weeks and removed my sutures as everything was healing nice. Really good job and he took great care to save my tooth. Highly recommend this practice!

Overview: I had a very positive experience. Their work was very well done and their staff was professional. Performance: The evaluation was pretty standard. Dr. Fein (pronounced Fine) used ice picks to see if I could feel them. I needed a root canal and this was really well done. Even my dentist asked about it since it was well done and also the hole made was smaller than what she normally sees. They injected numbing agents (they offered gas if I felt anxious) and they had tools that made it easier to keep my mouth from closing or reacting to the procedure. Since they were cleaning out a nerve, there was some pain, but he was able to warn me before I felt anything. Staff: The staff was friendly and professional. I showed up late, but they didn't see bothered or annoyed which I appreciate. During the procedure, Dr. Fein taught his assistant about the procedure which I appreciate. I listened in and learned a few things, but it prevented the whole procedure from being just drilling. Facility: There are only a few chairs, but I didn't wait very long considering I showed up a little late for my appointments. There is a water dispenser but not restroom in office. There is one down the hallway and the office is located in a commercial building. The office was clean and well maintained. The chair had a TV for viewing if you get bored.

My dentist had referred me to see an endodontist due to thinning roots. If I should start to experience pain I definitely feel I will be in good hands with Dr. Djeu to provide treatment when needed as she explained it will need to be done down the road but not immediately. Additionally, she informed the front office to provide a discount for the visit as I have no insurance.

5 stars for the wonderful women who took care of me here. All receptionists/admin I encountered,…read moresmiled and were very polite. They explained billing, top to bottom. Since I had another claim pending in my dental insurance, (wisdom teeth from a couple weeks prior), they also advised the 'possibility' of this (difference) of cost change. I understood it perfectly and was so glad they advised this info. Not many places will take the time to tell you about the "what if's". Some places don't even give you pricing until you're done with a procedure. Tom's made sure I knew exactly what was going on. Let me talk about Susana. She really touched my heart. Funny, sometimes, how God puts people in places. We had the best conversations while I was there. She's a good person with a big heart. Michelle, my endodontist, was amazing. She spoke in a calming voice where I felt like I was in a meditation class instead of an endodontist office! She was very sincere and calming. She spoke so gently while working, I honestly wasn't even tense while in the chair with her instruments buzzing around. Usually, I'm stiff as a board! **5 stars and 3 Cheers to these wonderful women of Dentistry. I cannot recommend them enough! Thank you for making what was to be a scary day, instead, one that left me with great memories!
