Wonderful chain restaurant in Manila. The decor is modern and appropriate for the hustle and bustle of Manila. I loved everything we ordered. The ube sago drink was way better than the halo halo dessert. My favorite thing was their mungo. It was perfectly flavored and was such a comfort food. We went to various locations of Manam and all the locations were great and the flavors were consistent. Cannot recommend Manam enough! This is a must visit resto when in Manila. Dined here multiple times already and even when they just opened way back (I can't even remember when). The place was full when we arrived for lunch and had to wait for quite some time. The servers were nice and accommodating. You can order ahead even while waiting to be seated. As always, the food was great. We love the watermelon sinigang, crispy palabok and bangus sisig. Manam takes Filipino food to another level, from their original recipes (crispy palabok amongst many others) to clean, fresh ingredients that don't leave you feeling like you have a stomach full of grease. Vegan karekare is good. I wish they had more vegan options. Drinks lack flavour and are all watered down and just sugary. Staff are slow in bussing out and cleaning up. Floor is always sticky and restaurant itself smells of stale food all the time. read more

Kept going to Gloria Maris, and it's good...dont get me wrong. But this place, everything...I MEAN Absolutely EVERYTHING was fresh, made-to-order, flavorful, and I didnt regret ordering anything. To be honest, if I could do it over. I wish I should have just gone here instead of Gloria. It tasted better and better price. Another place to visit when in the Philippines. They've perfected their craft. The chef at this specific location knows how to cook. It's usually busy here but worth the wait. Since I arrived in the Philippines, everyone was talking about how we needed to try manam. Finally, on our last day in Greenhills, we went to Manam for lunch and now understand the hype. I wish I could go again because the menu is huge and everything sounds delicious. They can get busy, we waited about 20 minutes around 12pm on a Friday, but they do let you preorder so that your food comes out quicker once you're seated. You can choose between small, medium, and large sizes for each dish. A large is supposed to be enough for 4-5 people. We ordered 11 dishes (various sizes) for 7 people, it sounded like a lot but we finished it all lol. For small orders to try, we got the green chili lumpia, mango salad, and calamari - all of these were good, but a small size was enough. For mediums, we got the sizzling sinigang, bangus sisig, and corned beef sisig - all of these worth trying! My favorite of the three was the sizzling sinigang, like nothing I've tried before! For larges, we ordered the adobong kangkong (veggies) that came with a yummy sauce that paired perfectly with rice, crispy pancit palabok, crispy pata, patis wings, and pork sinigang. All of those are a must try! The crispy pata was definitely crispy and if you dip the skin in the Patis wing sauce.. wowww! I really enjoyed their pork sinigang as well, could've ordered a small bowl for myself, but glad I was able try a little bit of various dishes. This place is better for groups so you can try more of the menu items. I doubt you could go wrong with anything here so if something sounds good to you, then I say go for it! We also ordered shakes to go, we tried the ube + sago, choconut, and mango + palmelo + sago, the choconut was my favorite of the 3. We also wanted to try the fresh calamansi juice but they were sold out. Overall a great experience and the staff handled our big party and big order well, thanks manam! read more

Ok every time I come to the Philippines, within 3-4 days I'm so done with Pinoy food. Manam changes all of that. It takes Pinoy cuisine to a whole new level. Not greasy. Crunchy. Quality ingredients. Pinoys rejoice ! Fresh lumpia ubud - sweet garlicky sauce with soft and tender fillings. Scrumptious. Crispy pata - perfectly crunchy and non-greasy. Forget about your cholesterol problems. This is now our top go to restaurant for Filipino food whenever I am in Greenhills. This place is always packed so keep this in mind when planning to visit. They do not accept reservations. All food items are served in three size: S, M and L so it gives us a lot of flexibility in ordering and trying new dishes. I like that they offer traditional along with their twist on Filipino food. The menu is big with photos of most of the dishes offered. Drinks and desserts are also quite good with the ube shake my favorite. This time we ordered the crispy pancit which melted into the standard pancit dish after the sauce was poured over the crispy noodles. The Bangus sisig has a slight kick from the spices and the crunchy fish skins added more texture. The watermelon was the perfect complement in the sinigang soup making it less tart. Lastly the lumpia ubod was fresh with slices of palm hearts, lettuce and some pork with a sweet brown sauce. Very good service on a busy afternoon. Looking for a seafood restaurant' can't find any good enough. Ended up at Manam as it says Filipino Comfort. No other decent stores open due to Covid19 scare, where Greenhills was the epicenter in metro area. Ordered clam tinola, it was okay, kare-kare ox tail it was acceptable just like home cooking, sinigang bangus belly was also good, laing not spicy but sweet and very dry, I dont know how long it was seating there in their ref. Ginisang munggo was good, except they broke the tradition of no pork on Fridays was it Friday or Sat, but anyway they added pork rinds in it. Thats a no-no for me. At least they can add gallungong flakes with it. Ordered bibingka, fusion, and puto bungbong was authentic. The second order of puto bumbong did not arrive due to was burned? Although, they gave us a free leche flan w/c is authentically good. Sorry for the long wait. Though it was a slow Saturday afternoon. Friendly staff and apologetic for the screw ups. Overall satisfaction is on the average, good new location, noise level is low, like the jazz music playing. I will be back most likely alone or with someone enjoyable to having conversation about everything. read more
