Don't be scared off by the "$$$$" because it's really like "$$$" in Prague terms, but $ for American standards for the amount you get and the huge variety you choose from. It was so great that my group of 7 unanimously agreed to come back AGAIN because we knew we'd get quality food at a reasonable price.
Price: for about $15 USD, I was able to order fried tofu and the bulgogi lunch bento box that came with sushi, bulgogi, miso soup, a side salad, and mandu dumplings. Needless to say, it was very filling, and I would've been fine without the tofu, but it's fried to perfection with a perfectly sweet glaze.
Service: better than most European restaurants I've been to. During a late lunch time, it wasn't too bad since the place wasn't filled and our orders came out together after 15-20min. They were definitely all freshly made.
When we came back for dinner to-go, it was way more packed and they recommended reservations. We also waited 20-25min for take-out but most things were packaged well. I think they ran out of the "nice" packaging at some point for the katsu, because my friends got some cheap plastic container that was tied down with a rubber band whereas I had a bento lookalike box. read more
