My family ordered two of the set meat menus and oh wow!! It was so amazing! They use real charcoal grills at the table. Server brings a bucket of hot charcoal and place it inside the grill and then we started grilling!! The meat is high quality and flavorful. The restaurant has a large interior. In addition to dining areas, there are also lounge areas for people to just chill / hang out. Service: The staff are friendly and the service speed is quick. This was probably helped by the fact that there were only a handful of other tables occupied when I was there. Overall, I have to first give Asian Temple credit for actually serving food late at night, unlike other places that (even if they appeared open) had their kitchens close early. Chef's starter was a perfectly grilled pork neck. And then it kept getting better from there - Bloody Mary oyster shooter, salmon sashimi with citrus, soy and sesame (a standout) pork belly, lamb wrapped in what can only be described as two leaves that resembled the taste of black pepper and mint (unreal!), razorneck clams in a yuzu broth with grilled bread, soft shell crab sliders with horseradish on bao, and grilled pork with papaya salad and coconut rice (perfection!). I love this place and it really makes me upset to leave a review like this because it really is an awesome spot. At the end of the day if there is a Michelin star and dining prices are this high, there needs to be an expectation on food safety habits which this boils down to.
