The most noticeable thing in my first bite was actually the crunch of eggshell in the eggs. For a breakfast sandwich around $15, I think it's reasonable to expect the eggs to be seasoned and definitely free of eggshells. The sandwich was basically egg on a croissant with a few very small pieces of bacon. Even a little garlic, seasoning, cheese, sauce, or something added to the eggs would have made a huge difference. It was also served with a side salad, which seemed like an unusual pairing for breakfast. I ended up taking only two bites of the sandwich and finished my cappuccino.
