Love this warm and peaceful cafe, authentic Japanese cuisine and dessert with reasonable price. I'll be back soon!

An adorable gem of a spot hidden in a quiet block of Mitte. Once you find it you'll see both a cafe and a store filled with bubbly patrons. The tea and food were both great. We shared a bento box lunch and added the avocado salad. Dessert was a mochi ice cream. Everything was delicious and prices very reasonable. I would highly recommend coming for an afternoon tea and snack or light meal!

As a matcha addict I can say by 100% that this place will give you a decent matchagasm. Where to begin? Of course you will get some iced matcha latte here but aside from that you can also try a variety of other teas such as their spring offer sakura leaves. As a proper café Mamecha also offers a decent selection of cakes. The famous one is probably the matcha cheesecake with its soft velvet texture. Not a fan of matcha? (Which makes me question your sanity but I try not to judge) No problem! Mamecha also has some cute bento boxes for your lunch or matcha-free cakes such as the respberry mille feuille. This should be enough reasons to visit the café but the interior is really nice as well. So if you have a matcha loving friend or simply search for a nice place to enjoy your tea: Mamecha is a good choice.

A Japanese tea-lovers' paradise. Located in one of the hippest Berlin shopping districts, Mamecha has an offering that ranges from ceremonial matcha to various Japanese tea-lattes. To drink, I had the green-tea latte. As I am a self-professed matcha lover, I could have done with a greater matcha content, but the milk was warmed and foamed just right, and warmed me up nicely. The avocado salad I had as a snack was perfectly constructed and was delicious! The avocados were the ripe and the dressing was a comforting Japanese soy-sauce based variety. It was a welcome injection of greens during my brief and vegetable-scarce trip to Germany. I didn't get an opportunity to try any of the desserts but they looked great (in the menu photos)!

A peaceful little coffee and tea shop to stop by for a matcha latte, they also have a small selection of cakes, cookies and lunch options. The atmosphere is very welcoming and cosy, definitely recommendable especially if you prefer a quiet ambiance.

Genmaicha (green tea with ricepuff) for two, warm and reliefing treat in a cold winter day

Tapi kami refill sampe 2x tehnya ttp berasa enak ko).

i've discovered this cafe a year ago and since then i've become a regular visitor. it's located in the mitte neighborhood in berlin amongst dozens of other great food spots, but what makes mamecha special is its huge selection of green teas, the matcha cakes, and the cozy, inviting atmosphere. they make great matcha lattes and if you order tea, you can refill it as many times as you want. the selection of matcha cakes (including chiffon cake, cheesecake, and tiramisu) varies and they offer warm food (like bento boxes) and ice cream as well. i come here often with friends or just to read and enjoy their great tea. they have a shop next door where they sell their tea and traditional japanese teapots and dishes.

I always go to mamecha for lunch! A bento box is 7€, and it's delicious and very good looking!! They also sell some other Japanese cakes and snacks! Strongly recommend the matcha cheese cake~

A cute and cozy Japanese cafe. We had curry and the bento box. Both were excellent and really authentic. Curry was aromatic and the consistency was perfect. They have also have some really tasty looking cakes and macha sweet. I would definitely want to come back to try them.

Excellent desserts and drinks at this quaint little cafe. Stopped by on a Saturday evening and ordered matcha ice cream (3.50€ for 2 scoops) and matcha latte (3€). Service was quick and price was reasonable. The ice cream was delicious and I plan on returning the next time I'm in town!

I stopped in with a friend after lunch to warm up with a chai latte - I noticed that many of the cafes in Berlin only offered oat milk as a non-dairy option which is delicious but also a bit heavy for me. Nonetheless, the chai was delicious! My friend also tried the peach beer and loved it. I wish I'd made it back here a second time because the craft brew list by BRLO looked so good and interesting. The vibe here is perfect - a little industrial but with homey touches such as plants and shelves of books. The outside space looked super cute as well, but it was chilly so I didn't get to experience it. For those looking to play games, they have shuffleboard in the basement!

Cozy, dark and cool Nordic craft beer bar in Berlin. Sold…read more There's many international suds available on tap and in bottles. I only had one drink here (a blueberry saison) but likely could've stayed for hours. They had hooks, free wifi, and ample seating. I didn't get to talk to the bartenders but they seemed nice enough as well. Kaschk also serves as a coffee bar...an interesting combo that makes perfect sense! Prices are a bit hefty (my saison was like 9 euro) but also they're imported so it makes sense. I was glad to see Victory in stock. Apparently they just took over all of Europe. I see them EVERYWHERE. Totally didn't expect that. But anyway, yeah, visit this bar if you have the time.
