Her instructors are Ian and Alana and she loves them both. Ian and his wife Trista are the owners and they have a great group of caring, talented teachers. Even the people who come here on a regular basis are nice and friendly. We have seen many couples coming for private wedding lessons too. We just watched a couple perform their dance for us and it was so beautiful. I know Ian and Trista took over this business a few years ago and I think the other review on here couldn't have been on them.

Soon after we bought the voucher I became paralysed from the waist down for nearly 6months, soon after starting recovery. Once I was fully recovered and able to begin moving freely again we decided to use the voucher only to see that it was expiring in a few weeks. We called the studio to see if they would extend it and get into some classes, briefly told them of the circumstances and they very rudely shut us down and basically told us "Tough Luck" in more words than not. Tough luck ... well its very cold, rude and heartless. We had so much to deal with in that time and dancing would have lifted our spirits so much but unfortunately they were too close minded and heartless to help us out. Its a shame too, my husband and I would have loved to have something like this to do on a regular basis and would have been loyal customers...

The fiance and I have been Ceroc dancing now for a while and we're quite enjoying it…read more The difference between this and other dance classes is it's fairly casual. For the most part feet don't matter which takes out half the complexity of dancing. Guys are told not to even learn any moves until the 3rd class and then work on getting just one down. You can use this dancing at any wedding or social dancing place and fit in with the current music. There is a focus on how to lead and how to follow (missing from a lot of dance studios) and this is enforced by the constant moving of partners around the room. My guy has some issues being taught to dance (just loves it) and in this class he's found a style that seems to work for him. Short of having private lessons, this is the best he's gotten in a class by far and he's liking it more than the more formalized dance classes we've tested out. Prices aren't bad - $10 a week and that includes one or both of their lessons that week. As a female, I find this place fun but I would highly recommend this to guys looking to learn some basic dance moves because I really think this class is being sold to men who want to enjoy dancing without getting too technical.

I felt embarrassed at first but Annecy, our instructor, made us feel comfortable throughout and gave us an enjoyable experience. She showed the moves multiple times and then went around to help us individually. At the end, she gave about 10 minutes to take many pictures to commemorate this day for our bride-to-be. Highly recommend R. Song Studios!

My daughter always talks about Miss Jessica when we aren't at dance. She has really created a great relationship with the little ones. Her prices are great also and she regularly offers bring a friend days or try a class day throughout the months! I recommend her to all my friends!

This is currently my second year attending the Hattori Williamson School of Ballet and my…read moreexperience has been at the highest of quality. They are the most dedicated, caring, supportive, understanding and encouraging teachers in my history of training. They have expected the highest of standard from me and upheld me to this level on a daily basis. The teachers have individualistic expectations for each student, varying on the personal level, needs and growth of the student. The staff has high expectations for us as a class and will accept nothing else but the absolute best from each individual. Not only has the staff pushed me on an artistic level but as well as on a personal level. The teachers are always there to assist me with any personal issues I may be having, even if it unrelated to the ballet studio. I see them not only as my teacher but also as my mentors, guiding me through my journey. These teaches have been my biggest assets for the past two years and have had such an incredible influence on me. They have taught me about work ethic, self motivation, expectations and self-improvement. They have never put any limits on any student and see the potential in each and every individual. The environment created is very friendly, and low stress where all students from all classes interact positively with one another. The class sizes are very small ranging from about three to ten individuals per a class. The staff puts their best foot forward daily and expects the same from us as their students. I couldn't be any happier with my experience at the H/W School of Ballet and recommend this ballet school for dancers of all ages and levels.

I've carried on as a student with Pole Junkies and will soon be completing Level 6 of pole fitness…read more I think I've gained about 5lbs in muscle and am really proud to be able to physically handle the progression through the classes. Monika, who has been my instructor for at least the past 3 levels, is great. She's practical, provides good feedback and is an intriguing person, which makes me appreciate her as a teacher. I attended the 4th Annual International Pole Camp this year, which is hosted by Pole Junkies. I'm not sure that I would spend the money on it again unless some improvements are made, but there's no doubt that I acquired some good info, met some cool and extremely talented women who traveled long distances and am really happy to have a manual that includes helpful information and reminders addressing safety and injury management. Those who know me are well aware that I've had to deal with injuries numerous times already. Based on what I've heard from students about their experiences with other schools, Pole Junkies stands out from the competitor in terms of progression of skills and ensuring proper body alignment with all techniques. If I manage to continue pole fitness without completely breaking myself (you learn a lot about what your body can handle and where you have issues), I hope to demonstrate as an advanced student by mid next year and wouldn't go anywhere else for my training. 25/30 for Yelp's 30 Day Challenge
