Beware, Ashley will sell you a sick dog. The dog may only be sick with a minor illness in her opinion, and an illness that her contract doesn't cover, but she will knowingly sell you a dog that is sick and mask it with comments about the dog traveling and changing dog foods that will cause diarrhea. Several of the pups in my dog's litter were sick, but it took us several weeks to figure out. I was the only one brave enough to tell Ashley why I wasn't leaving a review. Upon her insistence, poor behavior, and unprofessional actions, here it is. Ashley is psychotic. My issues with her began when I first put a deposit down on the pup. I asked when the pick-up date was and she gave me a date. I had six-hour travel and needed a weekend due to work, so naturally, I chose the weekend after the date she gave me because I assumed that was the earliest day to pick up knowing pups need to be 8 weeks old before leaving mom. As that date approached I learned that all the other dogs had already been picked up and that my dog was all alone. Frustrated, I tried every avenue to pick my dog up sooner as Ashley was being an Asshole. She turned it on me saying I asked for an extension, which I had not, I asked for a reasonable pick-up day for someone traveling 6 hours. And I could have easily done it a week earlier had I been given the correct dates. She makes everything someone eases fault. Never an apology, never an acceptance of error. I'm still biting my tongue at this point when Ashley and I agreed on a time for me to pick up the dog. I felt rushed to even agree to a 12 pm pick-up time, with my travel, but agreed. As I traveled down she continued to ask for ETA and then told me she needed to be somewhere a half hour before the time we even agreed upon. And upon arriving at her home, she rushed me through the whole process because she was late to something. oddly, no other dogs insight, and then Ashley tells me that my dog is being released from the backroom for the first time in his entire life. I couldn't get him out of there fast enough. When I picked him up, he was newly bathed and he stank. I assumed he had gotten into something, but later learned it was the smell of illness. Almost a month later when diagnosed by a professional Veterinarian, I let Ashley know he was sick. She insisted on natural remedies. So I tried it. My dog seemed better for a little bit but then got sick again. The other dogs all medicated per vet instructions. So now I'm following vet instructions. After several requests for reviews, I PMed Ashley that I wasn't happy with my experience with her or my sick dog. I 100% believe she knew he was sick when she sold him to me. Now, I understand that it's not an illness that her contract covers...that's fine, but had I been informed, I would have treated him right away and the issue would have ended. It's a reflection of her integrity. I've had to throw out a brand new rug that has been covered in shit ten times over because of her not disclosing the real issue. After asking Ashley to not ask me for reviews anymore, she lashed out at me, telling me that I was a problem form the beginning, she twists things around like a narcissist. And then took it into the litter group chat, calling everyone out. She insisted on buying the dog back. She took screenshots from my facebook of me giving my older dog a piece of candy months ago (never been sick) and has created some twisted defense saying I'm making the dog sick by following vet instructions and giving my other dog a candy (never sick). Oddly, I blocked Ashley shortly after picking up the dog, so she must have taken screenshots long ago when she had access. Ashley is unprofessional and dishonest...a perfect example of narcissism and psychotic rolled into one. I would highly discourage anyone from working with her, but more so, if you purchase a dog, I would take a stool sample to your vet right away, because I believe Ashley's home is infected with diseases that her contract doesn't cover and she knows it. read more
