Our sandwiches were baked to a golden brown and filled with gooey deliciousness. The fries were perfectly cooked. We were too stuffed to have dessert, but the case was filled with at least 8 different cake and cheesecake slices. I'm going to have one next time :)

All the sandwich ingredients - including meat - sitting in containers in the open. My sandwich was to be toasted. It was still very cold throughout but I didn't bother to have them try again to warm it. My daughter really disliked her sandwich. It's made with processed, frozen chicken. Yuck! Their menu says grilled chicken. It's frozen. processed chicken with fake grill marks. She said it had a very unappetizing texture and flavor. The service was friendly and welcoming. We just wish the food had been better. Maybe we'll try them again at a later date.

Since that first time we have become regulars and only order pizza from here. However tonight's experience just may have caused us to never order from here again. I have over thirty years experience managing different types of food restaurants and have never once treated a customer the way I was treated tonight. We ordered 2 of their by 18" pizzas. An extra cheese and a pepperoni banana pepper and extra cheese, and order of pickle chips and fried mushrooms and a chocolate chips cookie. A $70 dollar order. We asked that the pepperoni pizza to be cut pie shaped. After a rather long time for a pick up order. We picked it up and came home. Upon opening the pizza boxes we discovered the pepperoni was square cut and the cheese was way over done to the point of the bottom crust being nearly black(I took pictures). Called to complain and ask for a remake, the "manager" (I don't believe she was one, couldn't be) asked me if I wanted it brought out to me. I said sure that would be great. Then she said that because it was a pick up order I either had to come all the way back for the remake or charge me a delivery fee because "they have to make their money! But it was ok to have me go back out for their mistake? I NEVER would have done that to my customers. So because I argued the point with her she then refused to remake and told me to call the owner tomorrow and hung up on me. I'm a hard headed man so I called back. She reiterated that she was not gonna remake and hung up on me again! So I called back again. And again. And again. For 35 times until FINALLY and lady named Amy (said she was a manager) answered and after calling the owner agreed to remake my pizza(just the burnt one). Amy is the only reason I did not give a 1 star! Will I ever order from here again? I don't know. We will see what happens when I call the owner tomorrow.( First Lady the bad one said his name is dewy(?) jones. We will see if that's even true. If I am satisfied with the outcome I will amend my star review. The balls in your court grandma. Let's hope this night was just a fluke and things are made right. Update: well it is now the next night and after calling this place a couple of times this morning to try and contact the owner(dewi jones) I was told that he was not in yet and that they would have him call me when he came in. As you probably can tell, I never got that call. Obviously I can not know if he even got that message or not but here's the thing. I'm darn sure he heard about the trouble I had last night with that so called manager, so a good owner would have called me first thing to try and settle the issue. I guess he is ok with his customers being treated that way. This is fine. I can take my 70$ orders and find a better place that puts the customers first. I hope this is a warning to any of you out there thinking of trying this place. And if you're new to the area and looking for your "go-to" spot for a slice, keep looking. This place is not it. On a side note and added now because I had not checked it until after I posted this the first time, the chocolate cookie was burnt as well. But that's the least of the problem. Dewi shame on you. I have also changed my star rating. Amy you still get the 3 stars but I will now replace the 5stars for the food with a 1star only because there's not an option for negative stars. This place will not survive if this keeps up. Have a great day(not at grandmas pizza. Update number two So after all that I have waited several days for a response to my email and calls. Apparently this owner is only interested in taking his customers money, not making them happy. So I am taking my 3stars back.

He kept repeating questions, which I answered over and over, and after about 5 minutes he said 'call back when you have better reception' then hung up on me before completing my order.
