However, after seeing the law enforcement going in at lunch, figured it had been vetted. They had food, too! The menu included flatbreads, salads, unique sandwich combinations, and breakfast. I had difficulty deciding because of their varied menu of choices. Certainly wanted one of those tasteful looking scones, too, but will save that for another day. I ordered a sausage galette, a blend of sausage, bacon, egg and pepperjack cheese. It was like a gourmet croissant sandwich with soft flaky bread and perfect flavor mix and some excellent pop! There was a bit of coldness in the egg, but managed through that. Topped it off with a Scandinavian coffee, that was a delectable combination of coffee, cardamom and cream. It was a perfect post-morning drink without being sweet. This place will be on my list on future stops along Highway 71! Excellent service and great presentation!

Plus, there are SO many food and drink options, with salads, teas, Lotus Drinks, specialty coffee beverages, and fresh sandwiches. All of the workers are polite. This is definitely the kind of place that you want to sit down at. I wouldn't describe this place as super fast, but that is no bother! No matter how busy it is, you still receive the same high-quality product with your drinks and food. As for seating, bring a large group, or come alone; there are SO many comfortable seating options here, from booths and comfortable leather chairs. I did suggest hot honey with the cheese curds and turn the peanut butter grilled cheese and bacon sandwich into a burger. I'd return again.
