I ordered a sausage galette, a blend of sausage, bacon, egg and pepperjack cheese. It was like a gourmet croissant sandwich with soft flaky bread and perfect flavor mix and some excellent pop! There was a bit of coldness in the egg, but managed through that. Topped it off with a Scandinavian coffee, that was a delectable combination of coffee, cardamom and cream.
