Mama G's is hands down the best bakery in the area! I've been a regular at the Sarasota airport location, so I was thrilled to see their new spot open at UTC. Because it's family-owned, you really feel that personal touch--everyone is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Whether it's bread, savory snacks, or something sweet, everything is consistently delicious, and I love that they offer great gluten-free options. If you're craving authentic German treats, Mama G's is a must-visit!

The pastry was amazing! The service was a bit slow however they just opened 4 days ago and it was super busy. The coffee was ok, however they do offer latte! The place was nice and clean. My 3-year-old grandson even ate the whole pastry. They had Mexican corn and pastry.

There's no seating and no public restrooms--just a straightforward counter for takeout or picking up pre-orders. On weekends, the line definitely snakes around the building if you don't arrive early, but they keep spirits high with a flavored water dispenser and the occasional sample to tease your tastebuds. From baked goods to breads to even some savory treats, you want to check this gem out! The baked goods are a total evolution of the craft. Their filled croissants are legendary, with the Dulce de Leche and Pistachio being absolute fan favorites that live up to the hype. If you're looking for their mini croissants, just keep in mind those are made to order. However, the true star of the show is the Pavlova. It is a next-level masterpiece, but it requires a few days' notice, so make sure to plan your visit accordingly. It's a hidden Miami treasure that proves you don't need a fancy dining room when the food is this good.

Street corn, smashburger, and buffalo?! (Just to name a few) I was not expecting anything more than maybe two different flavors. For the price of slightly over $2 each & discounts on top for the more you get- I'd say it's a great value. We went for the 16 pack - additional 10% off - there was 5 of us total & didn't even finish them all! The sauces that come with are a nice touch although I didn't LOVE all of them, the variety is nice and someone's yuck is someone else's yum! While we were waiting for them to come out we decided to get drinks. The cloud coffee was absolutely divine and I would come back for just that. The frozen strawberry lemonade was on the sweeter side but isn't that to be expected?? Overall I can see why this place has gone "viral". I think it's a great spot to take anyone visiting from out of town to give them a trendy take on this classic Miami snack. I would even come back with a group of friends. Was plenty of parking in the back lot with some reserved spots for this place up front. I also saw lots of people doing pickup orders so that's a nice option- took maybe 10 minutes for our order of 16.
