If you make an…read moreonline purchase be prepared to spend vast amounts of time over many months chasing up a non existent item, then chasing up your refund which you will end up retrieving through your bank's involvement. My bank told me I had fallen for a scam where a company takes your payment but does not fulfill their side of the transaction and obtained my refund several months after my initial payment was made. Be warned - avoid this seasoned operator who has nothing to learn - but I have learned a lot about protecting my finances through my dealings with her and won't make the same mistake again!
