I don't normally provide any reviews but feel I need to on this occasion as the service was so bad…read more I was very unhappy with the repair service at this shop. I needed the camera replaced on my phone and they initially said £35/£40 but then changed that to £70 when I wanted to proceed. I'd already had a quote for £60 but went ahead with their £70 quote as I was in the shop and they could do it the same day. They wanted a £20 deposit which is reasonable but when I went to collect my phone they had ordered the wrong camera so hadn't completed the repair. I then had to return the next day when they had received the correct camera. They needed half an hour to complete the repair but when I returned, they said they had been waiting for me as if I was late. We then tested the camera and they re-assembled the phone. I had to ask for the phone case which they started to say they hadn't had before realising it was under their nose on the bench. I paid and left thinking job done although the camera needed to be properly tested. The next day I did some WhatsApp messages and then caught the train into London. Now I found that I couldn't make any calls, texts, WhatsApp message and some photos which I needed were missing. I connected to the train Wi-Fi and WhatsApp started working but nothing else as there was no SIM or SD card in the phone. This completely stuffed my day. I may never know how many calls I missed or how many people I upset but I do know the calls I couldn't make and the people I left waiting for those calls. Irepair messaged me late morning confirming they had forgotten to replace the SIM and SD card but I was now in London and the SIM card was in Epsom. I dropped into Irepair the next day and they inserted the missing components. I'm sure they understand how important their phone is to them but they disregard the importance of their customer's phone. They were sloppy and careless resulting in a massif inconvenience to me. Think twice before you trust them with anything important to you like a phone or laptop. I did manage to get a 'sorry' from them but with an accompanying smile. It meant nothing and they didn't acknowledge the inconvenience they had caused. I pressed them to show they were sorry by refunding the repair costs, a minimal sum but this of cause was 'not possible'. A truly terrible service.

Avoid their online store like the plague if you are ordering from the UK. Not only do they charge…read more£25 just for creating a return label, but they also add ridiculous unspecified fees and charges once their process your refund. You don't know what those charges beforehand, only once they've processed the refund. They withheld £89 in those charges (nearly 20% of the total item cost) for my refund. They won't budge if you raise it with them hiding behind vague T&Cs that they are entitled to withhold unspecified charges, whatever they are. Instead, use UK retailers that stock the brand or reputable international retailers like Farfetch who process returns for free.

We returned and indeed, he had brought in the perfect suit in two sizes for me to try. The minor alterations were performed and the suit was ready for me the next day. So there we were, on a Sunday afternoon on Kings Road in Chelsea, setting up the shot with all of our rental equipment, when the camera guy says to me, "uh... I need to go to a store somewhere and buy some more tape." "What?" I asked. "Yeah, I mean, if you think we'll need more than an hour of tape..." "Of course we need more than an hour! We'll need well more than an hour...." "Yeah, so, I need to go to a store and pick up some more tape..." I looked at him incredulously. "This is crazy... I have no idea where in the world you think you're going to find HD mini DV tapes anywhere near King's Road on a Sunday at 4:30 in the afternoon..." He looked up and down the street... then pointed to the Sony Centre, which was miraculousy a stone's throw away... as if it had materialized out of nowhere right then and there... I'd never even noticed it there before... "They might have some," he said. And what do you know? They did. We bought their last tapes. I consider myself indebted to Sony for even contemplating setting up such a shop on King's Road.... so here's a big public thank you to Sony for the shop's very existence in Chelsea... and another big thank you for keeping it open till 5pm on Sundays!
