What a pompous shop, nice clothes but what a dated approach. The look of the shop can only be…read moredescribed as "Grace Brothers" both inside and out, but its the poor service that really got me to write this review. After venturing in, I was pounced on by a man who I later deduced was the manager who would not leave me alone. I tried to browse but to no avail. I tried a jacket, which was lovely but out of my price range but he would not have that as the end of it. I left soon after feeling rather put off by the whole experience. This style of sales died out with the ark I thought! I will not be back

You've got to love the slimming effect of the European cut that all the clothes have. The staff was really helpful, especially to this foreigner. It was a bit costly especially after the exchange rate (thanks George W for the AWESOME exchange rates), but in the end it was worth it. I got two nice shirts that I probably still won't see anywhere here in the states. And now, after a few more shirts and a few suits, my addiction continues with the clothing at Ted Baker.

Items are high priced so dont expect to get anything cheap in there. More for fashion concious people, who want to keep up to date etc, for formalwear or for the odd treat. Items are generally around the £50 mark for a top and t-shirts can easily be £40. Great shop with nice well trained staff on hand to help. Overall a nice shop with a changing window display weekly.

The fact that I've been moved to write this says a lot about the service in this shop. The woman…read morethat served us was rude, unkind and utterly condescending. She insulted my Mum when she tried on an outfit which we both already knew didn't suit her, making her feel even more self-conscious. She then boldly criticised mine and my husband-to-be's choice on our wedding colours and made me feel as though I was being incredibly selfish, even though my Mum already had her favourite colour picked out! She asked nothing about her, what type of wedding we were having, what style, colours etc. my Mum was interested in wearing. I have never encountered such appalling service. We left feeling insulted and angry and there is no way my Mum was going to give this woman her business to buy such a special outfit for such a special day.
