Past by this restaurant all the time, but never had a chance to try it until I saw it on IG yesterday. Ended up ordering 12 lbs of crawfish right away with 3 different flavors and OMG...it's so good! My whole household loves it. The flavors just hit the spot. Crawfish was fresh, not frozen. Some were decent size and some were small, but every bite was worth it. I did tried to place the order over the phone to avoid the $7.50 online platform fee (unavoidable even if it's through their website or app), but they said that I had to order it online because it was my first time. I've also ordered it 3 hours in advance for pickup, but when we got there, we still had to wait another 15+ minutes or so. I prefer to have it waiting for me to just pick up and go as I was on a time crunch. That's why I set it up at a certain time. Overall, I had recommended this place to all my family and friends. I can't wait to order from them again sooner than later being that it's crawfish season.

Restaurant decor and ambiance are inviting and set the stage for a nice dining experience. Our friendly server, Luci, provided excellent and attentive service throughout the entire meal. From appetizers to entrees to amazing deserts, everything was fresh and delicious. We enjoyed the oysters, crab legs, fish and chips, and lobster roll. Assistant manager, Mauricio, stopped by to welcome us and we enjoyed learning more about the restaurant and all they have to offer. We highly recommend dining at S.O.B. and look forward to experiencing the dinner menu.

Service was okay, although there was certainly room for a little more attentiveness. The restaurant has a somewhat corporate feel, but it's a comfortable setting for a casual meal. Overall, a solid option for seafood in the Bethlehem area. A few things could be improved, but I'd be willing to give it another try.

This place was recommended to me, so we tried it out on a Wednesday night. It wasn't terribly busy, but there were quite a few customers in the restaurant. I heard the weekends are pretty busy. The food was good as we enjoyed everything we got. I even tried some new things. It seemed cleaned and I liked that it was light and bright inside. A couple hours after eating I got sick. The husband did not. Was it food poisoning? Maybe. This is the reason I don't really eat at buffets and now I will forever stick with my gut and stay away from buffets. (I did not eat any sushi. I'm leaning towards the rice as the culprit). Giving a questionable 3 as the food tasted good. Taking away 2 since I got sick.

The food was very flavorful, although there were a couple dishes that were not that good, like the coconut shrimp and one of the orange chicken (it had very dry meat inside like out been out for long). The egg drop soup had great texture and flavor, and if you like frog legs, they were packed with flavor! Some do not eat - seaweed salad (tasted rancid), blue crab was pasty rather than flaky (still good flavor, so on the brink of not good but still ok), coconut shrimp had way too much breading and sauce you could barely taste the shrimp, raw salmon nigiri (no stomach issues) was slightly fishy yet bearable with soy sauce, Lo Mein seemed to be just plain spaghetti noodles with prep of actual Lo Mein style Some MUST eats - chicken skewers were crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, the CRAWFISH oh my goodness.. Cajun flavor all the way, and with corn, potatoes, sausage, MUSSEL Amazing . To continue, crab Rangoon was crispy and flavorful, egg drop soup of course had great consistency and flavor, clam with rice noodle and butter garlic sauce was very interesting but worth a try and pretty good, the desserts were pretty good too, especially the mango cake and coffee cake

Waitress checked to see if I was ok with spicy and peanuts, which I was. The dinners came out nice and hot. We couldn't believe how much food was on the plates which was preceded by egg drop soup. Dinners came with egg rolls also. This was pro the best Kung Pao chicken I've eaten. The spicy was the way I like. Waitress said I could get it hotter. GF enjoy her meals equally as well. As far as I know this is the only place around that has flavored livers and gizzards. We liked them but for some of our crowd they were too salty.
