Awesome. Very pleasant interaction. An appointment was scheduled as promised, but when the crew turned up, they disagreed with the quote offered and also didn't seem prepared to do the work we had scheduled. They left and said someone would need to come out and give another quote. This second quote was scheduled, and no one showed up for the appointment or called to say they couldn't make it. When we called the company to make sure we had everything right, whoever answered literally hung up after gruffly asserting, "yeah, yeah I'll be out there tomorrow". No apologies or explanation... And he never showed, again. My trees were not cut and I've never received any more contact from the company. I'm sure they must do plenty of decent work, but I will never know. However, I think it's fair to point out you may schedule them for work, waste several weeks of time, and end up with nothing to show for it.
