Jay…read moreJackson is one of the most caring, friendly and helpful people I have ever had the pleasure to interact with period. If you are on the fence about LR Nashville, Jay is the reason why. He went above and beyond and is the greatest asset to any Land Rover Dealership we have dealt with over the past 11 years. We live almost 2 hours away, and Jay is worth the trip. If anybody is listening, you better keep Jay happy and taken care of because he is taking care of your customers in the best possible way.

My honest opinion based on experience with this dealership:…read more I went to the owner, Nelson Andrews, and had told him that the service manager who was dating a friend of mine was telling women that their vehicles needed very expensive repairs or he (the Andrews dealership ) would purchase them for a major discount( he would turn around and flip them- no work was done ) I told Nelson Andrews and he said that all he cares about is his bottom line and that they are making a lot of money since he started running the dealership ( that he got from his parents). I was stunned that he would make that sort of claim and show me the statistics and the PROPHET margins of how great they're doing since he's taken over, so I once again try to be much more clear and telling him that his employees were ripping off customers, he told me that his employees were allowed to purchase vehicles from customers and do whatever they wanted, including selling them. ( I have no respect for someone that cheats others). I also mentioned that I had a jaguar and had it in for repairs however, I could never seem to get a loaner car and it turned out that the mechanics were all taking them home and driving them, including one of his mechanics who allowed a 15-year-old to drive the top of the line Jaguar they had just gotten in when I mentioned this to Nelson Andrews, he said that his mechanics are more than welcome to take home and drive all the vehicles, and it made no impact to him If customers were without loaner cars his only priority was his workers and his profit margins. He did not care about customers. I found him to be a very selfish and self-centered individual who thinks that he is righteous. "Pride comes before a fall" Another observation is that they refuse to work on Land Rovers that are more than 10 years old. Why would a dealership sell someone a vehicle only to not stand by that brand years later? I can't understand how Land Rover/Jaguar can still allow this dealership to stay in business. Caveat emptir ("buyer beware!") if a company or an individual will cheat on small things, they will certainly cheat on big things. I would advise someone to drive to another city and purchase a Land Rover or Jaguar if you want to work with an honorable dealership.

The guy said he could get it done, but when I returned, he said he wasn't able to get to the tire rotation. No problem at all until I noticed he had charged me for services I did not approve and the tire rotation that was not completed. I was able to get the tire rotation removed from my bill, but the other services were not removed. When I asked about the services, the guy shrugged and said I should have been called for approval. I told him I'd not spoken to a tech to approval the services. He replied that they were needed anyway. I replied I could change that filter myself and he looked me over and told me it can be hard to do. Do NOT go to this shop and definitely do not go if you're a woman who doesn't want to be spoken to in a condesending way.

They remembered my coworker and let me know that they would take good care of me (and they did!). I have minimal knowledge around cars and car maintenance - the staff there were so sweet to talk me through what my car needed and when I would need it. I never felt pressured to buy a service or item and the staff didn't try to up sell any products to me. It felt like a genuine honest experience that I would get from a trusted family friend. They have high quality materials for your service needs and work quickly! There weren't any other cars when I arrived and I was able to be seen right away - I was probably in and out in thirty minutes. I found the services to be very affordable for the high quality work and trust that I felt with the staff. I recommend checking into the business on Yelp when you arrive - there is a coupon that they will honor :). Thank y'all so much for taking care of me and my little car!! I've been sharing what a great business you are with coworkers and friends. I'll see you for my next service! Keep up the great week!
