My wife drove my Jeep Grand Cherokee down I24 and if you are in Nashville then you know it's always accident, construction, pot holes, or anything else random you can name on it. She ran over something on the highway and tire was going flat. Luckily we had the truck covered through Geico (shoutout to them for the fast turnaround with service) but RTW called me update on the process along with getting in contract with my wife. They est was 60 minutes they made it under 15 mins then repaired the tired. I will def recommend them going foward with the great customer service read more

Such a great experience with these guys - my tire popped because of a screw in the road right outside my house on the Saturday night of a holiday weekend, and they were here through State Farm within 20 minutes of me contacting SF for help. So kind too - I'll definitely call them right away if this ever happens again. I think it was Jacob who came out (his is the name on the card), and he was super kind, easy to chat with, very competent, and super efficient. It's a family owned and operated business, and it's a bummer to see that people's issues with their insurance companies prioritization skills is falling on them. I would give zero stars if it were an option. RTW was assigned my roadside assistance claim. After a 2 hour wait, I called RTW and they informed me that it would be 20 more minutes. After 30 minutes, RTW sent a text that their eta is 10 minutes. After 3 hours of total waiting, RTW cancelled the request. I would not hire this company even if they were the only option read more

MORE than disappointing. I will give them a small amount of credit in saying that the tech that showed up was nice. Unfortunately, he also seemed to be completely unconcerned about the fact that we had been waiting for over an hour and a half. AN HOUR AND A HALF. IN NASHVILLE. I have never called a company in Nashville and waited for more than 20 minutes. When the tech didn't show up in the first 45 minutes, we called asking for an update and the man answering the phone seemed to be totally inconvenienced. Good service! Called AARP Roadside Service from Gallatin, TN. Tech was there in 30 min. and unlocked my truck.

If there was a way to select zero stars I would. Horrible service. The people answering the phone have zero idea what is going on. My USAA insurance contracted with them for roadside assistance and the service provided was terrible. I made three different calls while waiting for roadside assistance to RTW to get information on where my assistance was and could get no help. They were clueless and just tried to take more money. I'm still on the side of the road waiting for help....it's been an hour and 5 minutes. read more

State Farm sent this guy out and he was here and finished before the call came in that he would "be here in 5 mins". He was to the point on the initial call because he needed to know where to go, but he was here in less than 10 mins and done in less than 5. He was dressed casual, but super neat and more professional than any tire changer I have ever seen. He was extremely polite and nice to talk to (in the less than 5 mins it took). I stored the number because that is the only person I will ever call if I need a quick tire change. I was so worried I wouldn't be able to get my kid from school and I am on the way. Worst experience ever. Rob or Ron deserves ZERO STARS. He claimed that he could not find us and we were clearly on a major interstate in an SUV directly in front of an overpass with the name in bold letters. We waited almost 2 hours. We called; he picked up and hung up. We called over and over and we went straight to voice mail. We had to call State Farm to send us someone else. We are almost certain that he passed us on yhe highway on purpose bc we kept calling. When the other company came to fix our tire, he called and said, "Y'all still out there?" Unprofessional and unreliable. Warning : seek assistance from someplace else. His reviews are even awful. I would not call this company to poop scoop. read more

Awful! I used Subaru Roadside Assistance. They sent this guy. Waited an hour and 15 min (35 min longer than time given) and when the guy got here he refused to perform the operation according to vehicle specs (from my vehicle's manual:"The temporary spare tire must only be used on a rear wheel...replace punctured front wheel with a rear wheel and install spare in place of rear wheel"). This guy was like "I aint get paid to do all that" and left. No-count Hacks! Not professionals! read more
