I reached out to ask about a return or exchange from other warehouse sale inventory, but was informed that neither option was available. The company did provide wax melts in the scent I had intended to purchase, which I appreciated. However, I would have preferred the option to exchange the candles themselves. Now let's talk about the candles! Not only are they unique, but they smell oh so amazing! I love gifting these for friends to celebrate special occasions or just because they need a little pick me up. My favorite scents are the fall and winter scents. They leave your house smelling clean with that cozy and comfort feeling of relaxation. I always have a sage and sea salt candle and refill because ain't nobody got time for negative energy or bad vibes in their house. Highly recommend shiplap orchard, pumpkin spice latte, sugared cranberry, sugared pine, and Yule scents. For those who are sensitive to smells these are not overwhelming where you get a headache, but strong enough to enjoy them. These candles actually last a long time before having to refill them or swap them out. I also recommend their wax melts as they also last a good amount of burn time. Overall, I would say you get your monies worth. The quality is amazing, scents are great, and the presentation is perfection. You can purchase these products from in store, website, or even amazon! We had meet and greets with the girls from unsellable houses, they served charcuterie cones, and had great discounts for the event attendees. I know very little about flowers, but Tiffany helped me through the decision-making during a consultation at her home office and kept it from seeming overwhelming at all while capturing what I was looking for in our wedding flowers. She helped figure out how to recycle the ceremony pew flowers to become reception table centerpieces and worked with me to balance colors, cost, and how to make certain pieces pop. She continued to be very responsive with anything by email, and I was impressed with her professionalism and personal touches. And the flowers were absolutely gorgeous!! Tiffany was flexible about timing for set up and made sure everything was placed perfectly on the day-of, even pinning all the boutonnieres in place. She made my impressive cascading calla lily bridal bouquet. The throwing bouquet was also gorgeous. I almost didn't want to toss it away. She did an amazing job on the bridedmaids bouquets as well as the flower girl bouquets. She did all the boutonnieres for the whole wedding party. The boutonniere for my Mom and the Best Woman had added calla lilies and were beautiful! Tiffany took the extra time to pin all the boutonnieres on everyone! She did an amazing job around the fireplace as well as on the Centerpieces. She also added some extra flowers on the gift/sign-in table and on our cakes. Tiffany uses nothing but high quality flowers. I took some of the Centerpieces home and they're still vibrant as ever even after almost a week later. The hydrangeas did not wilt like she said. It feels like it is someone's personal garden that is shared with visitors. Sometimes it can be a little challenging to find things, but it is usually a fun hunt. After spending 20 min searching we finally found a row of lime colored hydrangea and one pink one. My daughter happily picked it up and loaded it in the cart as it was the one thing we came to find and she was so proud she was the one who spotted it. It takes a lot to get my teenaged daughter to spend time with me, but today I was able to bribe her with a stop to Snohomish pie co as this was a belated birthday gift to me and we also needed dessert. We wondered down towards the trees on our way to check out when an employee an up to us asking if we found the pink one standing with other hydrangeas. We confirmed yes and she said it was intended for someone else. I asked to take a pic of the tag and she then picked it up and took it away. We were incredibly shocked and disappointed. Although we had a few other things on our cart after chatting with another team member we chose to not purchase. That interaction ruined our fun mom daughter date. As I was leaving I happened to to see the employee and after sending my daughter to the car with our pup I approached to just share with "Mikayla" how disappointed and upset we were both leaving. I wanted to express that it wasn't just a purchase today, but us spending some of our last years/months together before she is too busy for me with her own life. Mikayla was not empathetic an all and acted very matter of fact in that she had no control over it. The fact is it wasn't sold, wasn't tagged, not on a cart and no one was near them. I asked her name and she was away sharing over her shoulder while rolling her eyes "have a nice day". I was already on the verge of tears and although my intention was not to be mad and just express how it had really dampened our day I felt completely disregarded and chose to seek out a manager. After approaching another team member he let me know he'd grab someone to speak with me. "Mikayla" approached and offered to see when they'd get more in and I shared I could easily look online myself or go to flower world. I was able to talk with Anne who seemed to understand what I was trying to convey. I just needed someone to listen to my perspective five. She also offered that they could keep an eye out, but because I was crying I shared it wouldn't change what happened. It's just a plant at a store, but it wasn't just that for us and someone walking around with a radio disregarding anyone but her list of things she needed to do really broke our hearts. Lesson learned, not all of mccaulifes employee exude the same helpfulness and care as the others.
