Worse, the one piece that was not yet delivered that we told them we did not want, for the obvious reason that it was also going to fall apart given what had happened to all of the other items - they neither refunded nor have they delivered it. They flat out stole our money and now refused to answer emails or calls despite numerous attempts to get in contact. Stay away from these people. They are a bunch of frauds. What has been most disappointing is not just the quality of the furniture, but the lack of accountability and customer service after the sale. Temporary fixes were discussed, but the underlying problems with the product remain, leaving me stuck with an expensive piece of furniture that does not perform as advertised. I wanted to support a local design retailer, but this has turned into one of the most disappointing purchases I've made.
