Decent price and good communication upfront. When I met the owner, I felt great and was very excited to have a good experience and a stress free move out. She had a team come out and told me they'd take about four hours or so to complete. It sounded like it may have been the first time she was even meeting these guys. Well anyways. She texted me in half the amount of time to tell me the job was complete. I started to get a little worried as it was much sooner than anticipated, but hey maybe they are super cleaners. No they weren't. They left rags on the floor, dirt in tub, sink a mess. Laundry room wasn't even touched. And I discussed with owner sweeping the basement and garage as well as cobwebs and so on which she committed to doing. They didn't do anything in either one of those either. Floors were still a mess. I was seriously wondering what they even did. I sent her pics and explained how this wouldn't pass inspection. Also how I was very stressed as I am on a time crunch. She said please don't stress and let me make this right. The job was unacceptable and those individuals were terminated. I felt better that she saw the issue. Communication was not great the next day as she said she was completing first thing in am. I messaged her at noon. She said she was on the way. I asked for status a 4:45. She responded at 5:30 with pics of work done. Garage was not swept and still had cobwebs. She took out the paper from boxes that she removed for a bulk pickup and put them in my trash cans (so I had to take out of trash cans and move to freaking new house!). The paper should be part of the bill pickup! Still trash on floor in basement. And the pics attached are from after she "redid" the job. So I was at the house for three hours in between appoints when I should have been unpacking doing what I paid her a lot of money to do for me. Beyond disappointed. Once again. I hate doing negative reviews, but I don't want someone to go through what I just went through especially during a time as stressful as a move. Even after my time after the two failed cleaning attempts, I'm worried we won't pass inspection and still have money taken from our deposit.

My condo looks and feels so much better. They were so thorough! I was feeling a lot of conflicting emotions and guilt about hiring someone to clean my house but I was so overwhelmed with everything else apart from my house, and now I don't have the additional pressure of feeling like my house is dirty, so I'll say it was totally worth it.
