I was told not to speak to her during car rides but another housemate engaged in lengthy conversations with her, shutting out the rest of (ie: me) of inclusion. However, the lingering trauma Palisades Fires brought me to Michele's doorstep for EMDR which she miraculously used to lift the trauma. But so many other things were happening with my family that I continued seeing her and she is a lifesaver. Unlike all the other therapists I have found Michele to be intuitive, willing to work out of the box to come up with solutions, and personally invested in my getting better. I cannot recommend her enough...indeed she is the only therapist I've ever encountered who I would recommend.

I've been struggling with depression for over 10 years, and now more recently with anxiety and OCD. She's honestly been so wonderful and my mental health has improved significantly since when we first started.
