She said that was fine. When I arrived, it was 2:56 (after parking and navigating to the 2nd floor). The receptionist asks if I am here for my 2:45pm appointment, I said yes. She looks at her watch, pointing out the time and lets me know that the doctor may not be able to see me. "It has barely been 10 minutes" I said. She tells me to hold on and she will speak with the doctor. The doctor is just steps away in another room, I can hear their conversation. The doctor says "Just put her in a room and I will look at it real quick" with an annoyed attitude. I politely left. I will not allow a doctor with that lack of care in her voice to perform any kind of care and treatment on me. The vibes of this place and that doctor were not good at all!

But she was incredibly unprofessional, would bad talk her staff in front of me, would blame them for her forgetting things and then the two big things were 1) she prescribed an ointment for me and when I told her at the next visit I wasn't using it she said "why would you have that medicine?" As if I prescribed it to myself! And 2) she was incredibly hostile toward me when I calmly asked her to clarify a bill that I received and she claimed I was trying to "get a free treatment" I had to calmly say to her "I don't know why you are getting so angry, I am just trying to understand my bill, which is my right" she the later apologized and then proceeded to throw her staff under the bus for misbilling me. Net/net I would not recommend her to anyone , which is a shame because she came highly recommended, but I think things have changed in the last few years.

My husband and I walked in at 4:31 and the office staff informed us Dr. Lee had already left the building because people are supposed to get to appointments 15 minutes early. I asked when I could be seen again and they offered me an appointment a week away. When I explained I would be starting chemo the day before and that might not work, the receptionist said, "I'm confused, do you want an appointment here or not?" I have never in my life seen a doctor leave before the time an appointment started, and without even calling to say she was planning to leave if we did not arrive soon. And then to be brushed off by the staff so rudely was icing on the cake. Never again for me.

I called on a Friday and got an appointment for that Monday Dr. Fisher. The process was very simple and the staff at the front desk was lovely. I wouldn't go so far as to say a trip to the podiatrist to remove part of your toenail is a good time. And my foot would painfully disagree with me this evening as well. But as far as painful procedures go, this was a wonderful experience. Dr Fisher talked me through the whole process. She kept me distracted by talking without making me feel like she was doing so. If I ever have a need to go to a podiatrist again, I know where I'll go.

My foot is in need of repair and-- my left knee needs replaced. He is VERY experienced and he was extremely thoughtful in how to explain my situation without talking over my head. ALL he said and did make GREAT sense to me. We can try the nonsurgical method of treatment after the knee is put in. If I needed a more complicated procedure, he openly/honestly said it could be done-- although a colleague Surgeon of his, who is experienced with that procedure, he would recommend to me. We both agreed to try the less invasive first...and THAT being done AFTER I got the new knee. He told me to talk it over with my knee surgeon 1st and see if he agreed. I did..and my Knee surgeon is in total agreement with Dr. Conui's assessment and gave him high praises for such an accurate, well educated & honest opinion. Dr. Conui will always be my Podiatrist/Surgeon from now on until he retires. The staff in his Wakefield, Ma. office are TOP NOTCH also! VERY GOOD group there. Made m feel at home!

I leave my nail polish on too long each summer, and in the fall I wind up with yellow toenails. I spend all winter taking care of them, only to repeat the cycle the following summer, but this past winter I had one that turned out to have a fungus. Ewwww. Dr. Fitzgerald gave me a few options for treatment, I opted for everything topical (a cream and liquid from the pharmacy and a product they have in the office) and am considering the Keryflex Nail Restoration for the summer. She also offers medical pedicures! I found free one-hour parking right out front and I believe there is a paid lot across the street.

I had to take my child here for a very complicated toe infection that was not responding via urgent care, nor her pediatrician, nor a double round of antibiotics. Dr. Morano was first of all, extremely competent. But the icing on all of the cake was his amazing sense of humor and dad jokes, how genuine he was, sensitive & gentle. Diane was our receptionist both times. She is incredibly sweet and probably the nicest receptionist I have ever dealt with in my life. I'm 45. And honestly, I have pretty high standards, finding myself frequently mentioning that so-and-so should never deal with the public or choose customer service as a profession We received excellent care in an extremely warm and inviting atmosphere. Booking the appointment on the phone was easy and the receptionist was empathetic, kind, and extremely accommodating for a semi emergency. Basically, I would look **forward** to a holiday dinner if I had Dr. Murano and Diane there. If you are not familiar with the area...
