Extremely Rude! The…read morelady that I have dealt with in the past was always very nice. I called the day of an appointment (that was made six days in advance) and she was out running errands. The guy who answered was very rude and would not stop talking through me. When I asked him to stop talking and let me finish, he got all whiny and told me to stop yelling, yet I never raised my voice. After he finally shut up and let me talk I asked him, for a third time, to have the regular lady call me. I later explained to her that I was treated very rudely and I would take my business elsewhere. Treating a loyal customer so rudely was totally uncalled for. They will not be getting any more of my business.

I have taken my cars to Fred for over 20 years. I drove my 2006 Elantra to 304,000 miles, mainly because Fred maintained it for most of its life. My 2023 Elantra has 50k on it and was recently serviced by Fred.
