That day they had a tow truck driver come get my car. The man was very polite ! Since then they called me weekly, maybe even twice a week to give me an update on my car - from letting me know it was at their shop, to informing me of the supplement and back and forth with allstate and then to letting me know they were getting started sooner than expected. When the car was almost complete the manager/owner called me to let me know how things went and how he fixed my car up to his expectations which I was happy that he cared that much to tell me how he didn't like the way the after market bumper looked so he redirected the money to have a real matching part. I went to pick up my car at only being in there 3.5 weeks and BAM they detailed it which was soooo nice. It was so much appreciated as I never have time to do stuff like that.
