They were very busy but got to me with in 15 minutes. After they were finished they put the tire back to my car. As I was getting ready to pay them the gentleman waved me goodbye and said it's on the house, have a great day! I said that wasn't necessary but he insisted and I went my way. So, THANK YOU! At 110K miles I've had one every 5K miles.I've paid an average of $40-$60 over its lifetime but.. never $140. There was no quote online or in person I was ever given, I was in no way expecting $140. I told them this at the counter, and they said they quoted other shops around and they're all there. Ok.. uh no. Regardless I'll never be back. No communication, drop off 8am, vehicle was ready at 4:30(not a problem necessarily, but an opportunity for sure).
