Mr. Vankirk was positive and professional the entire time we worked with him. He made a complicated…read moresituation much better. On May 29, 2026, a tire separated from our Jayco HT 30.5 CKTS 5th Wheel. Luckily, we were able to pull our damaged RV into an empty parking lot. We found J & K Welding and Repair who offered 24 hour service so we called them. Mr. Vankirk immediately said he would be there as soon as possible. When he arrived, he stated that this was a situation his company could handle. We outlined a plan. It was already around 8:00 PM, but Mr. Vankirk went to look for the missing tire. He returned an hour later with it. Mr. Vankirk spent the following day looking for and finding the needed parts. He kept us informed. Once the parts arrived, Mr. Vankirk immediately made the repairs and notified us of the job's completion. We picked up the RV the following day. That evening, Mr. Vankirk called to check if we had picked up the RV and how our return trip had gone. Throughout the event, Mr. Vankirk was positive and professional. He worked diligently to secure the parts needed and complete the job at hand. I HIGHLY recommend Mr. Vankirk and J & K Welding and Repair if services are needed on a trailer or RV.

Let me start out by saying I absolutely love Bryan Lyle, I would recommend him to anyone for a…read morepurchase of a used vehicle. He went above and beyond the call of duty to find me the car I was looking for. Now for service; I would never recommend you take a vehicle in for service work. I took my vehicle in with the complaint that the ac wasn't blowing very cold and wanted to see if it needed a recharge. I got a call from them that my car was ready for pickup, they found nothing wrong, no leaks and only slightly below refrigerant level. They never called for approval, but dumped all of my refrigerant and refilled it. After they completed this work there was no difference in the ac temperature. A few days later I noticed that my fan kept kicking on and off over and over again. This is a sign of over filling the refrigerant which was just done. I couldn't get it back in for almost a month and was hesitant to let them do any additional work to my vehicle. Well the fan and relay blew and my vehicle overheated. I took it back to them and they replaced the fan and relay under warranty. They never called to tell me my vehicle was ready so I called and they advised me that it was done. So no call for approval for repairs, no call that it was done and they charged me almost $700 for nothing. Then I was talking to my cousin who took her vehicle there, they recommend a full exhaust replacement so she took it to Monroe who advised her nothing was wrong. Don't make the same mistake I have, find another service station. Anywhere but Lyles Auto!!!
