Hey Malco in Rogers...what gives about taking away the array of Redenbacher seasoning shakers for our popcorn like the white cheddar and replacing them with a bad substitute on taste that I have to pay 50 cents each for which the tablespoon container isn't enough to even season one small bag let alone my jumbo bucket? The white cheddar didn't even taste like cheese. Just a super salty version. It was terrible. You may have gotten an extra buck off me but we dumped the popcorn and simply went back for a refill. Isn't enough you take my money on the price of tickets and the concessions as it is on soda and candy that is three times what it cost at any store? Must you really gouge us for more money to season our popcorn if we opt for something besides butter or salt? SUPER disappointed and I'll probably just start bringing in my own concessions versus purchasing yours going forward. I have little choice but to go to your theater in our area but you will actually make less money on me now. I know several that will feel the same way. Perhaps we just start hitting the AMC theater in Fayetteville. read more

Probably some of the worst service. Left a sour taste on my mouth since me and my friends were told to leave the theatre because we were being too rowdy. Tedder of Malco told us to leave although we had a guardian. Love this place so much (: read more

The guy working there TANNER is a huge a hole Don't go there. We were told we needed a guardian in the beginning, so we got one and about 10 minuets later of getting our tickets we were approached yet again by TANNER and were rudely told that we would get our tickets refunded so we went ahead and did that. Moral is we were rudely treated and definitely not coming here again. read more

So we messed up and booked the wrong movie date. The theater still had seats left when we arrived, and the staff helped us when they didn't have to; as it was our mistake. Friendly staff. They saved our movie night. read more

Though it's not as "fancy" as the Pinnacle cinema, the "old" Malco usually features a much better film selection than the other. In an area with few independent films shown, this cinema and the AMC in Fayetteville are usually the only ones that play that sort of fare, and this one is much nicer than the AMC. read more

This Theater has the most awful management I have ever seen. While watching Avengers Endgame we experienced a Tornado watch and the movie paused. They made us wait in the theater for an hour. They told us that the movie was going to resume after the Tornado watch. After the Tornado watch ended the employees told us that we were going to have to leave the theater, and they were going to give us refund tickets. Once we asked for refund tickets, the lady asked us for our tickets and we had thrown them away. She told us that we would have to go to register one. The line was about 40 people long. After waiting for a good half hour in line, they proceeded to tell us we would have to wait until tomorrow to get our refunds. read more

My wife and I go to the Malco frequently. Pretty much to a fault everyone has really been nice to us and the people at the concession stand seem to go out of their way to be nice and get you what you need as soon as they can. The reclining seats are very comfortable and the reserve seating is really convenient. It would really be hard for me to think of anything they can do much better. I think they do a great job especially compared to some of the others read more

I love going to this theater, the reclining seats are so good for me as I deal with arthritis. The customer service agents are always kind and attentive. I have a special needs adult daughter, they are always kind to her. read more

It's a little old but they are remodeling and trying to fix the place up. Lots of good movies come to this theater. The seats are nice because you can put the arm rests up in the middle...and you know what that means...CUDDLING. read more

BEWARE: "Reserved seats" may be given away. If you show up in the middle of the previews or towards the end, your reserved seats may be occupied by people who were sold tickets without a seating assignment. This has happened twice to me and I ended up having to see a later showing the first time. Frustrating that you still need to show up early for a movie even though you have reserved seats. Like an airline, they oversell seats hoping that people who bought reserved seats will not show up. read more

This theater is awesome!!! My family and I love the new recliner seats, and the workers are so nice.We love getting to lay down in recliners, and relax while we watch the movie.I definitely recommend this theater to anyone who likes comfort. read more

We bought tickets on the kiosk. There were only a few seats left because the theater was so small (movie had been out for a while and we were there well before start time), but that was fine. We selected three seats on the back row (one of two options together, both back row). We got popcorn and went into the theater. Turns out our seats were on the front row. No one wants to sit on the front row so we got a refund for the tickets and the popcorn. Two stars instead of one because the guy at the snack counter was super cool about refunding the popcorn. If you're going to assign seats make it clear where the front is and don't let people pick seats leaving one seat in between parties. There were other seats but all one seat by themselves. Allowing that means you'll never sell those seats. read more

So! I go to this theatre to see Baby Driver with my friend. We had bought tickets the night before. We arrive get our popcorn and everything even paid $16 for popcorn, coke and a water. That being said they told me they would charge me the full price of a fountain drink if I got a regular size. So I got stuck paying $4 for a bottle water. We go to get our seats and they replaced the movie with the movie IT. Not only was I mad but they fought me about getting a refund on our food. My friend and I were in the process of drinking our popcorn and drinking the soda when they promptly removed them from our hands to dispose of them. After expressing that we didn't understand why they were taking them when they are the ones that messed up they simply acted as if we said nothing. When asked again they spoke around us about whether or not to dispose of our popcorn and soda. After asking why they did that again they simply said well we refunded your money. This theatre caters to teenagers with out thinking about the other crowds of people who would go see a movie on a Saturday night. Ten theaters and only two showing something other than IT. I will go to another Malco but never this one, customer service was horrible, I guess that is what happens when you hire teenagers. read more

The theater is adequate but outdated and fairly clean. I have stopped going to the movies completely because Malco does not enforce no texting in their theaters and the flashlights in my eyes has ruined going to the movies for me. If you don't mind lights flashed randomly in your eyes all through a movie then this is the place for you. If you do mind, then I cannot recommend Malco to you, seriously stay away because you won't enjoy your movie. The concessions as everywhere are overpriced so I always planned ahead and did something on my own. read more

Well, first of all, it very noticeable that the workers are extremely unhappy to be working here. From the get go we were very disrespected, the lady working demanded us more than two times if we were ready despite us claiming that we were still looking multiple times. Then we were told to leave our current theater room we were in when we accidentally ended up by mistake. While walking out we were glared at like we had committed a crime. Overall the service is poor especially to younger customers just trying to enjoy movie. read more

It fucking sucked, I came in to watch "IT" which you must be 17 or older or have a parents or legal guardian and it was me my adopted black brother and my mom and he told my brother that he needed his parents to be present implying my mom wasn't him mom because he was black then later in the movie he came in and made my brother "leave due to a noise complaint" and the only other people in the theater told us they didn't complain and we weren't loud so due to this poor racist worker named Wyatt with nappy blonde/red hair we couldn't enjoy our movie and had to leave early read more
