He is very ignorant and self absorbed. He had a whole argument with me because I didn't know that the Clear Care contact cleaner case had to replaced with every new bottle of the solution. He argued with me that there is directions on the box for it but there actually was no directions on the box. There was actually an article on Yahoo that published that stated that Clear Care contact solution does not label the directions accurately. Here it is: http://health.yahoo.net/experts/dayinhealth/eye-burn-warning-lens-solution Also, my brother went to this douche bag doctor also and he kept prescribing him the wrong contact lens and my brother's eyes would be all red and burning. My brother went back to let him know and he wanted to charge him for it! He argued with my brother also and then finally gave him new prescription and even those lens did not work! Ughh! DON'T GO TO HIM!

The office was empty with no patients so that should have been my first red flag. No one even said "Hi." or "How are you?" Nothing. The doctor asked me why I was there and I said I had an appointment at such and such time. He just stared at my blankly and then very condescendingly said "normally, one addresses who they are and why they are here when they walk in" I should have walked out right then. He asked me to fill out some paperwork along with a HIPPA. As I started to read the HIPPA he told me to just sign it and that was just a form to release my information. I told him I knew but I just wanted to read what I was signing. He continued to make rude comments on how I just needed to sign the paper. Somewhere along the way, he walks away and another (unfriendly) staff member tries to get my insurance straight. She took my card and told me I had no coverage for an exam. I told her that was incorrect and I had my breakdown of my coverage with me. I showed it to her and she brushed me off and said "that's not what my system is telling me" She then tried to get my insurance company on the phone but when she was unsuccessful the first time, she gave up and said maybe I could try to get someone on the phone. Umm...that is not my job. That is something you should have done PRIOR to my arrival. After all, that is why I gave you my ID number when I scheduled my appointment. Clearly with the lack of patients in the office they should have had plenty of spare time to do this before I arrived for my appointment. I finally got so fed up with their lack of help and how rude everyone in the office was, I took every paper I signed and left. There were no apologies. No help. Nothing. They are some of the rudest, laziest people I have ever met. I would never go back there and I would never trust this doctor or his staff. I hate that I am even giving them my time right now to write this review but this was just how bad they were. Hopefully I can spare someone else from wasting their time and their patience with this doctor and his staff.

I was "diagnosed" with dry eye which is a "condition" that I informed them about then was prescribed an eye drop that was $500 a month with insurance even after being given a coupon which they clearly did not understand the terms and conditions. I was then billed $600 for my new patient exam and appointment because the appointment was billed as a medical appointment due to my "diagnosis". THEN on top of everything, my prescription was entered into the computer incorrectly and had I not thought it looked low and called to check, I would have ordered $300 worth of contacts with the wrong prescription.
