Elinor said they could and I ordered new locksets. After I received them, Luke showed up to install them and repair my doors. He went far and above the typical service call by advising I first check to be sure all spare keys worked in the lock. He actually went to retrieve one of the keys for me and discovered it did not work in all the new locks. Luke then re-keyed all the locks to a new factory master to be sure I did not get locked out.
