I was a little unsure about the Third Academy at first due to the negative reviews on YELP. but I…read moream very happy that we made the decision to send both of our children to this school. For the first time in their elementary school career my children (ages 7-11) are finally learning. They are finally being held accountable for their academics and are receiving the type of education that the public mainstream system failed to give them. My children were falling through the cracks in the public system, were excluded from taking part in school plays etc. now they are thriving and get to participate in school plays and field trips. Our children ride the bus and communication with their driver has been fantastic. While other schools typically had bussing running late during the first week of school tHe third academy had theirs running on time. I have peace of mind knowing my children are safe at school and on the bus. The teachers, administrators, and support staff truly care about the kids there. They worked with our budget to find a rate affordable for us so our kids would not be excluded. These guys are not in it for the money as others have stated. They are in it to help children to reach their potential and be the best they can be. Whenever my kids have a bad day I always get communication from the teachers via text. It is a very efficient school and our family is very happy.

A child died in a fatal bus accident in 2007, after they irresponsibly kept a bus driver on duty while being aware of her being suicidal. In 2013 I was severely beaten at the school, I ended up in the hospital with numerous abrasions, and a concussion. Sunil took zero responsibility for any of it, trying to accuse my family of making false accusations. After this incident took place I never wanted to return to the school. I feared for my safety everyday. The other student was suspended for one day, and I was forced to sit in the same classroom as him like nothing ever happened. I ended up getting transferred over to the North Campus, as if it was my fault. Sunil doesn't care about your kids and only wants your money because the Mattu family and the school are bankrupt. If you care about your children's safety and education then don't send your children to The Third Academy. A handful of teachers quit over the last 4 years and if that doesn't say something I don't know what will. You are better off sending your children to school elsewhere.

All though I am not a recruiter I have worked with many. David Aplin Recruiting is excellent. When the recession hit hard, I was need of a job after a layoff. Within 2 weeks of registering with Aplin, I had a job. My recruiter Lara Montgomery was excellent. She assessed my job requirements and worked hard and fast for me to get me employed. A real go getter, she recognized that being unemployed was not fun, and got me back to work quickly. Like most of these agencies, in addition to your interview with your recruiter you will be required to do some simple online assessment tests. You can do them from home online, very convenient. I was and I am hopeful others are as well, treated with respect and care. I utilized Lara again at David Aplin when I was looking for a career change recently and I have now ended up in an excellent company. One of the things I like about Aplin is that not only did they find me a great job, but they encouraged me to think outside the box career wise, and it has been amazing. Their offices are located right downtown on the 32nd floor and the views are amazing! This agency works hard to find you work...excellent company.

From the outset, it appears that they are a much more proactive recruitment agency that focusses much more on the importance of the preparation for interview - this is something lacking in every other recruitment group I have ever used.
