She is a great lash artist. She's very professional, always on time and she makes my lashes look incredible. The place itself, is very clean and peaceful. The prices are reasonable and the place is conveniently located with its own parking. I want to use this forum to say that there is one tough part about the process. The treatment chairs are very cheap and very uncomfortable. I don't know how old they are but when you lay in the chair it doesn't lock into a lying down position so you always feel like you're falling downward and that the chair is going to fold up. The chair is also so narrow that there's no place to rest your arms for the hour and a half that you're there you basically have to hold your arms locked together. The foot rests are extremely un-padded and often my calves feel like they're going numb. The area where you rest your neck is also not padded well and today when I was getting my lashes done I felt like the circulation was getting cut off in the back of my neck. It's actually so bad that it takes an experience that would be amazing and makes it much less than what it is. I have referred two other people who go to Leanne and they both love her as their lash artist and like going to the place, but both of them said the same thing to me. The chairs are just impossible to deal with and make the experience far less than what it would be.I want to make sure that everyone knows that Leanne is an incredible lash artist and that the place is really good at what they do. I'm in the same industry and when clients lay down on a treatment bed, you want the first thing for them to say is that "oh my God I'm so comfortable", but instead with these treatment chairs that they have at this location you're so uncomfortable that it could possibly ruin the experience. I'm giving five stars because the place and my lash artist do an incredible job, but I think that the owner needs to invest some money in people's comfort, especially when you're lying in a chair for 90 minutes and you feel super uncomfortable or just can't relax. I'm writing to share my experience during my recent appointment for an NAD IV infusion. I was…read morereally looking forward to the treatment, so I was disappointed by how the visit ultimately went and wanted to bring it to your attention. When I first arrived for my appointment, the provider attempted to place the IV several times but was unable to access a vein. I believe I was poked about five times before I was asked to come back later and try again. I returned a few hours afterward, hoping the second attempt would be smoother. Unfortunately, the same difficulty occurred. The provider attempted multiple placements again -- in both arms, my foot, my ankle, and eventually my hand. I did mention beforehand that I have very small veins and that IV placement is often difficult for me. When I have IVs done at medical offices, they typically use a smaller "baby needle," which tends to work better for me. I did mention this, but that needle wasn't used. Eventually an IV was placed in my hand. However, while it was being taped down, the IV was jerked, which immediately made me feel like it may have shifted out of the vein. The provider reassured me that it was still properly placed and proceeded to start the infusion. Within about 5-10 minutes, my hand began burning intensely and swelling near my wrist. It also felt extremely cold to the touch. I mentioned this right away and was told that some burning can be normal with NAD. However, the pain and swelling continued to increase -- my fingers began swelling and my arm started to swell as well. At that point I was very concerned that the IV was not actually in the vein. I asked for the IV to be removed because the pain had become severe. Initially there was hesitation to stop the infusion, but I insisted because it hurt so badly. Unfortunately, I had to stop the treatment early and ended up wasting more than half of the IV bag. Because of the number of attempts, the swelling, and having to stop the infusion prematurely, the experience was really uncomfortable and discouraging -- especially since the treatment was quite expensive and something I had been looking forward to. I'm reaching out because I wanted to share what happened and see if there might be a way to resolve the situation. I value your services and would appreciate any consideration you can offer regarding the cost of the treatment or a possible solution.

After a few minutes of waiting, the previous client left, and she had me immediately lie down on the same table. They didn't wipe down the table or use sanitation/disposable cloths, which kind of bothered me. I requested for a wispy lash look. Typically at my previous appointments at various lash extension salons, the technician would ask me detailed questions about my preferences, and ask me what length, curliness, and volume I like. I wasn't asked any questions, only told to show me a picture of lashes I wanted. I felt like the extension process was fine, was poked a few times. Finally I was disappointed at how fast my lashes fell off (~5 days), which was a bummer because I got them done to look nice for a bachelorette party coming up in a week. I felt like the appointment was fast (45-55minutes).
