I've been coming here for sometime now. I will help validate the positive reviews from other Yelpers. This place is wonderful! Customer service is top notch. They are always friendly, kind and caring. You can tell they take pride on their work and on taking care of their clients. I mainly come here for a lash lift. Their work is unmatched. I've never had issues with the quality of the lash lift and the curl lasts quite a bit of time. I also tried their dry head spa massage. It was amazing! My first time to ever try it and I am already planning to come back. I do have curly hair so it was a bit messy after but nothing that a quick bun wont fix. Overall, I recommend this place. It is in the second floor of the plaza but I believe there is an elevator. Restrooms are communal to the plaza. The music is always super calm and I always end up taking a mini nap while there haha. read more

I can't recommend this salon enough! They are highly trained and VERY good at what they do. I constantly get compliments on my lashes! The lash retention is the best I've EVER had, but I still go every 2 weeks anyway so my lashes constantly look freshly done. I could very easily go 3-4 weeks though! They also do lash lifts, brow lamination, sugaring (hair removal), facials, microchanneling, mole removal, and massage! The salon is very cute, clean, and cozy, and EVERYONE is super nice and friendly. I love this salon and everyone who works here! read more

I will add to the great 5-star reviews! I got a mini set ahead of my bachelorette party and wedding about a month ago never having false lashes before. Because I'm new to them, I accidentally rubbed my eyes and some fell off. If something goes wrong (or if you're a little careless like I was), they'll fix it within a week of the set being placed. It's one of the most relaxing processes ever. The studio is very nice and clean. Aya does such a great job. I thought I'd only have them on just for the party and wedding but I've gone back for refills. Now they've switched to a LED system that makes the glue stronger. There's no 24-hour wait to wash your face, bathe or swim now, and they last longer. They also just charge for the eyelashes they refill and not per visit. They also give a cash discount. This was my first experience getting lash extensions done. I was intrigued by the LED lashes. I booked an appointment with Saiko and was not disappointed! She did amazing. I wanted something natural and she started off with a little and she would check in to see if I liked it. The appointment took about an hour. I loved the fact that I didn't have to wait 24 hours before I could wash my face. It's been about 3 weeks now and my lashes have still held up! I have been getting lashes done for over a decade and as lash technicians retire or move away, it is always a daunting task to find someone to trust. The technicians at Lashes on the Beach really are amazing. I started coming here in 2021 and began seeing Kana regularly. Since Kana moved, I started seeing Imari and she is incredibly talented. You can tell that she really cares about the quality of her work and goes above and beyond outside of work to study and refine her technique. Honestly though, you can't go wrong with any of the girls. They really care about quality and the general health of your lashes and not making a quick buck like some places. A couple notes: -While all of the girls are very talented, they, all have their own styles and specialties. If you look at their Instagram, you can see the type of work that each one excels in. -The way they book appointments is by lashes or style not by time. If you are used to salons that book blocks of time and fit as many lashes in that time period, that isn't how they do things. Great customer service and quality of work at fair prices! read more

I was with them for a while when they started; my main girl moved away so I went elsewhere. Been no lash extensions for over a year. Booked an appointment a few weeks ago to finally do lashes again, long story of the in between. Yes I had a family emergency one time but to bail or reschedule multiple times was weird. I booked my new appt for today. Showed up early and the door was locked, rang the doorbell. I could hear voices inside, I called and kept ringing the doorbell. But ive been getting lashes for 10+years & I've had quality lashes before and these aren't it. Yes, they go into precise detail on what style you want and how long ,but at what price?! I found that I had to keep coming back exactly every 2 weeks to get fills bc they would start falling or getting twisted up. Love this place! My first experience last week was so stress-free, easy, with great results!! I loved that I was able to book my appointment via text and I sent photos and details of what I needed/wanted and they replied within minutes! The location is nice and clean with lots of parking outside. During the treatment I actually fell asleep because the chairs were so comfy and they even give you a little blanket. UPDATE for the new location! Saiko had told me about opening an actual storefront a while back and I've been to this place a handful of times already. The place is really cute and the chairs are super relaxing. I always fall asleep when I do my lashes here (pretty sure I've snored a few times too) because Saiko makes the entire process so relaxing and she takes her time to make sure everything is done right. I also like how lets you come in for maybe a little touch up or check up if you're about to go to a big event or need to take photos the next day. I had the best experience today with Imari! She is the sweetest and makes sure that you are both on the same page with how you want your lashes to look. I don't get extensions often due to them feeling so heavy on my eyes, or sometimes looking too overdone. However, imari gave me perfectly light, fluffy, natural looking lashes that barely feel like they're there. I love them! She's super efficient and skilled. UPDATE FOR NEW LOCATION - LotB moved to the other side of the building, to unit 222. They also added new options for 2 or 4 week refills, instead of just 3 weeks. I've recommend a ton of friends to Kana! Obviously because I'm still extremely happy with her work, how natural my extensions look and feel, and how friendly and flexible Kana is to work with. My recent favorite set is 8-11mm Natural Set (65 each eye, total 130), C curl, longer ends. Saiko is a dream lash esthetician! She's easy to make appointments with, accommodating, and thorough. She took the time to talk to me about my preferences such as my ideal length, curl, thickness, and shape. She made sure I was comfortable and at ease during my appointment. Once she was finished, the lashes were so comfortable and lightweight that I couldn't even feel them but I loved how they looked! I'll be back for a natural set during my next visit. I have tried a quite a few well-reviewed lash extension places in OC, and this is the only place that I trust and will return to. I have monolid, hooded Asian eyes, aka super difficult for extensions. I don't wear that much makeup and am scared of change, so I prefer a natural look. Other lash places have always struggled with my eyes, and the lashes end up sticking out weirdly. However, I love my extensions from both Kana and Saiko. They really understood what I wanted and for the first time EVER, I like my extensions. (This past time I got a combo of J and C curls, 8-11mm.) The chairs are also very comfortable and parking is convenient. Booking is super easy online too, and prices are reasonable. Definitely recommend, especially if you haven't had good luck at other lash places. read more
