She quickly got to work; double cleansed my hair, and then started the cut. She was soooo sweet!!! While I was in her chair she had some small talk with me, but not too much (you know some people talk so much they forget they are cutting your hair and go too far, she did not do this). Lina cut my hair exactly like I asked, and when she styled it she did not use too much product, which I really appreciate. I was prepared to be told that it could not be done, but instead Tommy gave me multiple options he could try that would keep my hair healthy and achieve the best looking results. I am a natural dirty blonde trying to get a silver balayage. I showed the stylist photos and she consulted with her fellow stylist what I want and told me they can get very close to what I want. I was also told $175 for a promotional offer. After sitting about 6 hours, it looked very similar to what I had come into the salon with. Nothing close to what I wanted. Also I ended up paying approximately $400 because they needed to use extra product for the amount of hair I have. I was never informed this until checkout. Imagine going in thinking of spending around $200 but paid about $400 to get nothing near what I wanted.
