Itsada is absolutely amazing! She's super sweet and extremely talented at what she does. She made sure I looked wonderful for my special valentines date night with my boyfriend at The Magic Castle. I had compliments from over 20 people on my makeup!!! No lie! -- I felt absolutely drop dead gorgeous. Itsada not only made me feel welcomed, but she took the time to explain to me what she was doing and why she was doing it. She made sure to be gentle and ask me how I liked everything. Many makeup artists just beat your face but don't make sure you're happy with the direction they're going. I appreciated her asking me what eye shadow I wanted, and if I was comfortable with lashes. She made sure I was part of the process too, which I loved! Reasonable price too! She was so good that I will book her for my wedding when the time comes. Book with her for your next big event! You won't be disappointed and I guarantee you you'll get lots of compliments as well, and who doesn't love that! ;)
Updating my review for makeup by Itsada because I am absolutely still so mindblown at how gorgeous my makeup turned out this weekend! I went to Itsada with an open mind on how I wanted my makeup done for an evening event (: she asked me what colors I was wearing and if shimmer/glitter is okay! I can tell she really cares about her clients and her clients' preferences when she asks detailed questions like how my outfit looks like! I told her I am wearing purple and she did my eyeshadow in a beautiful purple shiny glimmer! Not only was my makeup beautiful, it lasts the whole entire night ! I was jumping up and down and dancing for hours during the night and my makeup did not move at all! It was like I just got it done! I highly recommend Itsada for all your makeup needs! I really always leave feeling so beautiful because of Itsada! She is so so sweet and loves what she does, so you know you will leave looking amazing! I can't wait to have another excuse to get my makeup done by Itsada again!

Itsada was referred to me by one of best friends in very high regard. In a way, I stumbled upon her. To preface, my other girlfriend asked if I knew any MUA in Orange County. When I reached out to this best friend she raved about Itsada and after I saw her work on IG, I literally reached out to her myself to see if she could glam me up for my birthday in a couple weeks. She was very quick to respond, thorough, and kind through our communication. Truthfully speaking, I haven't had many MUAs who I worked with that wow'd me, but this experience was phenomenal! When I first sat down with my session, I basically said my vision was a glam with purple smoky eyes and contouring. Her magic fingers were so insanely quick, I was very surprised at how swift her strokes were! I could tell this is definitely her art. By the end of my session, I was saying many "OMG, AHHH and WOWS." I loved how I looked in that mirror!! I was beside myself. I was nervous that the session was scheduled too early compared to my event, which was 3 hours later, but Itsada did a great job asking what type of skin I had and used the appropriate makeup that would set well throughout the day. REAL TALK: The saddest part of my entire birthday was was the end of the night when I knew I needed to take off my makeup. About 10 hours had passed since she applied it and it looked best by the end of the night!! It set in so well, I didn't want to take off her work! I must mention how all of my girlfriends were commenting on how amazing my makeup looked at my birthday event. They absolutely loved it and one of them reached out to her right away for an event. My husband agreed that even by the time we got home, the makeup looked fantastic. Thank you so much Itsada!! You are a wizard and can't wait to work with you again!!!
The TRANSFORMATION is real (no filters)!! Itsada is a wizard with makeup. She uses high quality products and will match them to your skin type (I have combination -- oily t-zone and eyelids, dry around the cheeks). I opted for airbrushing because I had an outdoor wedding and wanted to make sure it stayed on and was flawless. It stayed on for 10 hours! I didn't worry about major touch ups which was great because I was able to focus on greeting family and having fun with friends. Amazing! I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. I recommend doing a trial with Itsada. She was able to ask me about my skin type, current makeup routine and test out product on my skin to see if it got irritated. We were able to see if I liked the overall look before the day. For example, I thought my lip color was too light pink and I wanted something with a little more orange in it. That also adjusted the blush color, etc. It was really helpful and I would totally recommend her to my friends!
I was referred to Itsada by a girlfriend of mine. I had to get my make up done for my 35th birthday. Since I was going all out on the venue, hair and make up I wanted to use someone that i trust and my girlfriend had used Itsada for her engagement photos. Not only was she professional she was also fun, young and hip which made me more comfortable getting my make up done during our session. I was very happy with how my makeup turned out as I discussed that i didn't want to have my make up look very party girl like but more on the natural/classy side and she delivered. I also wanted to point out that i have bad skin with tons of acne scars and dark spots and i advised Itsada that i didn't want to feel or looked like my make up was caked on to cover my flaws on my skin so she did a great job hiding my blemishes and making me look natural without the overdone party girl look. I highly recommend Itsada for anyone looking to get their make up done for any type of special occasion. Below is a pic of my trial as we were trying different looks.
I love her!! She's the nicest and funniest MUA I've worked with. Also the makeup is on point. If you're down for the best highlight of your life, choose HER! #GLOWup I also appreciated how professional she was and how sanitary she kept all her products. I didn't have to worry about her double dipping mascara wands or using dirty brushes - she was really clean, neat, and well-trained :) A great experience that I would love to repeat :)
I went through a few trials leading up to finding Itsada. What set her apart from the others is, she listened to what I wanted and looked at the photos I showed her for reference but instead of trying to replicate what I showed her off instagram, she used her expertise to customize a look that was best suited for me. She is quite the expert. She is also extremely accommodating and went out of her way to be there for my engagement shoot even though she had a 4am start for a wedding that morning. My photographers were blown away at her makeup work when I showed up to location for the shoot. Itsada is also really warm and fun. She makes you feel like you're hanging out with a friend while she's glamming you up. This girl is a Godsend! Super talented and sweet. I highly recommend her.

She was even kind enough to stay around to add body shimmer and didn't hesitate to help with putting on my veil. All to say that she is a real gem and I will be coming back to her for all my events! I was BEYOND happy and over the top gushing when I saw my final look. First off she is such a sweetheart and a pleasure to work with. I showed her pics of what I wanted and she listened. The day of the wedding she worked in a timely manner to get me and my bridesmaids done, always keeping us on schedule. She had a whole set up and her assistants were amazing too! When I tell you her work is ASTOUNDING, the pictures speak for themselves. If you're looking for a hair & MUA for your wedding or any other event, DON'T look further! Itsada is your girl!!! She is seriously AMAZING!!! I first got my makeup done by her for a friends wedding and I absolutely loved it! I had already booked my MUA for my wedding so I was bummed because I couldn't break the contract. However, long story short, my original MUA ends up canceling on me 3 days before my wedding day and Itsada came to the rescue! I'm so thankful for her, she was so understanding and willing to help me out when I was in panic mode and about to go bridezilla! lol Not only did Itsada save my wedding day, but she was so sweet and professional and just look at how amazing she made me look!!! Itsada is hands down amazing--Her hands are gifted! Her and her assistant Vi helped transform my bridal party of 12 (moms, sisters, bridesmaids, JR bridesmaids and even flower girls) into the most beautiful collection of ladies for my wedding day. These photos are great but in person we were shining! It's hard to wear a lot of makeup, but when you put your trust in Itsada she definitely delivers and makes you feel comfortable. Loved every minute of the getting ready process with her. She is professional, sweet mannered and easy to communicate with. She responds so quickly. I will be using her for future makeup needs. I couldn't have asked for a better makeup and hair artist for my wedding day! She made me feel absolutely beautiful while still looking like myself. The makeup lasted all day and night, even through happy tears during the ceremony and dancing all night, and my hair stayed perfectly in place without feeling heavy. I wanted to match the romantic, classy vibes of the hotel and she made me feel and look like a princess! She really listened to what I wanted and brought my vision to life flawlessly. Not only is she incredibly talented, but she's also calm, professional, and such a lovely presence to have on a busy wedding morning. Itsada was on time and professional. She wore a mask the entire time and even provided a super cute unicorn speaker! I did a natural glam, even though we trialed a beautiful glam, and it was beautiful!! I showed her photos of the hair and make up I wanted and she delivered! My hair stayed put a solid 10+ hours! She gave me a lip kit, where she mixed 3 different shades to match the color fit for me. She recommended a setting powder brand and shade for me :) Needless to say, my girls were perfection, and she matched the mink eyelashes to match the style of their make up! Itsada came to the rescue for an impromptu mother-daughter photoshoot that I had planned in a span of two days. While she typically meets clients at her studio, she generously accommodated my mother and me by meeting us at a hair salon where we got our hair done. Not enough words can express my gratitude for Itsada's kindness and stellar work. Itsada went above and beyond for us - not only delivering on beautiful, natural-looking makeup styles, but also kindly letting me borrow her dresses for the photoshoot, since I traveled in haste to be in town for my mother's medical emergency and didn't have formal clothing options. Very UNPROFESSIONAL. Don't do business with her. Cancel the appointment in the last minute I booked her via email, paid deposit and confirmed for the appointment 3 weeks heard if time. She canceled my booking appointment less than 24 hrs even though I already made deposit. I booked on 11/11/19 for hair and makeup for my engagement party on Sat noon time 12/07/19. She texted me to cancel on Friday 12/06/19 at 2:30pm. Can you believe it? Claiming that she was really sick, bed bound for 3 days and hoping she would get better. Such a bias excuse. Even though she offered me another MUA but it wasn't my choice at first. I ended up finding another MUA by myself and paying extra for booking less than 24 hrs. She sounded like it wasn't a big deal for her to cancel my appointment, and the way she handled it very unprofessional like 'I'm sick, sorry I can't do it' Whatever Itsada. There are tons of professional MUA out there, you're not the only one. So if you need to book her, you really need to think about it for high chance that getting cancel like me. Good luck read more

Itsada is the best!! I am so glad that she will forever be a part of my special day. I told my wedding planner that I wanted a "soft glam" look. She gave me a few options but Itsada's Instagram profile just stood out to me. I booked a make up and hair trial with her, and despite a mix up on the timing on my part, she still accommodated me with kindness. We bonded over our mutual love for pink, food, travel, and her cute dog Luna. I just remember being so amazed by how effortlessly she put on my mink eyelashes. I loved my make up and hair that day, but when the big wedding day came I wanted to make a few minor adjustments and told her the vibe. Girllll, she delivered and my make up was fabulous!! PINK AND PERFECT!! My hair never stays styled the whole day but with her magic, it lasted 12+ hours on my wedding day. My bridesmaids had so much fun being glammed up by her and her team. Itsada did my hair and makeup for my wedding and holy cow, I was blown away by how beautiful she made me look! Most importantly, for a stressed bride on her wedding day with tons of stuff to fit in, Itsada and her team arrived on time, finished on time (even with the addition of some unplanned services) and were so pleasant to work with. She took my inspiration pics and made them even better than I could have imagined! I know everyone is supposed to compliment the bride on her wedding day haha, but I seriously could not have gotten more compliments and comments about how stunning she made me. I'm a bit shy and not used to being the center of attention but Itsada gave me that boost of confidence I needed to really enjoy being in the spotlight. She is amazing! I had been following her on IG for a while and loved how she always enhances someone's natural features. I emailed Itsada about doing my makeup for graduation and she replied right away! I showed up at her house at 6am... she had so much energy and was so positive and ready to go. While we listened to old school jams (flashbacks to middle school) she did my hair and makeup flawlessly! Not only was she ready to go on time, she finished on time. I wanted my makeup to enhance my features and be able to transition from day to night (while also looking good in pics!) Itsada accomplished all that and more! And my hair... beach waves. I have fine stick straight hair that never holds any type of waves or curls and it literally stayed pic perfect for over 24 hours! I will see Itsada for all my future events. No question. I don't even know where to begin! Itsada and her team was first and foremost punctual! Their talents and expertise really showed in their work as all of my 8 bridesmaids , my mom, mother in law and grandma looked beautiful! As the bride I felt amazing and beautiful with Itsada's work. Make up and hair lasted all night on everyone. I was extremely pleased with her work and work ethic as she ensure everyone looked flawless and even went out of her way to accommodate my mother in law who had a poor hairstyle done from another stylist( not affiliated with Itsada or her crew)! I rarely like having my make up done, most techniques do not fit my style. Finally I found Itsada! I loved everything from consultation to end result, don't hesitate to book her because she's starting to get booked out long in advance. read more

When it comes to your wedding, one of the things you do not want to worry about is how you are going to look. I had been following her work for a while and I loved how flawless and gorgeous her clients looked. I knew I had to book her as soon as we set the date! Itsada was such a joy to work with who is beyond accommodating. My trial with her was wonderful. We were able to book the trial on the same day as our engagement shoot so we were able to test the longevity of the makeup. She made me look AMAZING and the makeup did last! I looked so good I didn't want to take off my face! She has such a good eye for color, blend, and symmetry. I just love her. On the day of the wedding, she arrived on time and was quick to get to work. She knows every minute is gold and knows how to hustle. My mom and mother-in-law loved getting pampered by her. It was their first time EVER having their makeup done and they looked so fabulous. After they had their hair and makeup done and got dressed, they walked taller and smiled more than ever. That just shows how looking fabulous can raise your confidence. When it was my turn, it was my time to just relax and not worry about things happening outside. We had our wedding ceremony in our backyard, so everyone was running around getting things ready. Itsada was so professional and knew exactly what she was going to do. I already knew I was in good hands and it was just a great time to sit back and think about the day ahead. The time honestly flew by for me as she worked her magic. When all was said and done, I couldn't believe how gorgeous I looked. I was like a movie star. My makeup lasted all night and again, I didn't want to take it off at the end of the night. I would totally recommend her to all my friends and family... but I know they would ask for her info when their time comes! Book early ladies! More pictures to come!!! read more
