I recently received a partial balayage. While the ends of my hair are not my main concern, the…read morecrown and nape were left uneven and poorly blended, including a noticeable patch in the middle/back that I couldn't see during my appointment. I went to a different salon hoping to try to get the tone I was hoping for, and after parting it, the stylist pointed out a large uneven spot (image included). I contacted the salon about this but have not received a response. I also reached out to the stylist, who offered a retone, but after consulting other stylists, I was advised that toner alone would not fix the uneven section especially the patch in the back. I do not feel comfortable returning, especially after leaving the salon with such a noticeable spot that I wasn't informed about. I have also contacted the salon manager and have yet to hear back. I've already paid another stylist to tone down part of the unevenness and will still need additional corrective work. Considering the extra time, cost, and effort required to fix the large patch in the back, I believe a refund or partial refund should have been offered and considered. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the final result.

I followed her from The Cutting Room to Salon+Spa Studios happily - there was NO way I was losing her! And it felt like an upgrade in experience as the salon is so beautiful, comfortable, fun and offers other experiences such as amazing facials in the same location. I feel like her prices are very fair and worth every penny. Her website is amazing! She also has an awesome rewards program. Natalie is kind but also very straight forward with you since every client is different...would you really want anything less?! She truly loves her job with all her heart & takes it very seriously.
