The salon is on the 7th floor and you have to check-in at the front desk before you use the elevators. The process is simple. Not only is he the most affordable stylist on your website, but when I asked him if Laura was the only blonde specialist, he said yes. If your blonde specialist can't even handle basic blonde coloring, why would I trust a novice stylist at your salon. Your continued intent to lie is not only a poor demonstration of your integrity as a person but on your business especially. I firmly believe most of your google reviews are paid for, and this is just a poor attempt of damage control to maintain the facade.
