They are cracking and literally peeling all over. Maybe it's my fault for thinking a $300+ chair would be real leather. These pictures are just one of many spots on 6 different chairs. Then they couldn't find the painting, Then they found it but it was damaged badly. The store Manager tried to give me the 5 dollars for the destroyed property. I felt it wasn't fair as I could have sold it for $10 at my new flea market booth. I asked if we could split the difference of $7.50 and the manager became belligerent, raising his voice and very unprofessional. After a 10 minutes of abuse from this man, followed by his refusal to give me the store owners information, he agreed to the $7.50 and said a check would be mailed by may 15th 2023. It's nearly June and I still have not recieved a single dime. Apparently he is a relative of the owner and less than a year employed there. I will never return.
