Lunch time! Interested in trying this location (there is also a Makeb's on Dixie opposite Dixie Donuts). In a large plaza hosting a Walmart Super Center and a half dozen other eateries, with easy access at the Belvedere Rd traffic light. I ordered a Tuna Salad Platter with a toasted Rye Bagel. We waited a short time as our order was prepared and our receipt number called. My Tuna platter was a large scoop of Tuna on a bed of romaine lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, roasted red peppers and cheese. It was very good and my Rye bagel was just as I ordered. Nice lunch!

Makeb is the archetype of a New York / Long Island bagel shop. They specialize in bagels but they also have some of your favorite breakfast sandwiches. The service is counter style, but they call you up once your food is ready. The ambiance is standard for a bagel shop. Overall a cool no frills NY style bagel shops with plenty of breakfast and lunch options.

No comment you must try by yourself!

Will come back again and again! For the amount of ingredients, its worth every dollar! Will bring the fam over!

Great place to stop for a bite, the menu has so many great options, the service was very good and it feels enjoyable to dine in, I was sitting there for about 30 minutes and many people were picking up orders and that means a lot for a place

This is located across from a Walmart with plenty of parking on a Sunday morning. They have inside and outside seating. Inside there was at least 5 employees to expedite your order. Prices are not shown on the menu display. They serve breakfast and lunch. If you like a mild flavor coffee's this is your place to check out.

Asiago bagel with egg bacon and cheddar cheese

I visited Makeb's Bagel's and Deli in Royal Palm Beach for the first time and ordered an Asiago bagel with egg, cheddar cheese, and bacon. They gave me two thick slices of cheese, which was a bit much, so next time, I'll ask for just one or none since the Asiago already has cheese. I ended up removing it, but the bagel itself was great. The location is super convenient, right in front of Walmart, so you can grab a bite and shop after. They offer veggie options and coffee if you want something to pair with your bagel in the morning. Overall, I believe it's a great spot for a quick and tasty breakfast. Give them a try :)

Want went well, you might ask?! Hmmm, everything. What's better than getting greeted by a smile and personal recommendations. I'm a huge fan of bagels and salmon, and this hit the spot. Everything is so fresh, bagels all made in house. Speaking of house, the restaurant is cozy (yes I said cozy) feels like you wanna read a book and have a bagel, on a rainy day inside. WILL visit again.

I was heading to the Chinese restaurant when I saw Makeb's. Decided a nice bagel and cream cheese would be nice. The place is pretty large. There weren't a lot of people inside. Only one other customer enjoying a coffee. The girl at the counter was very friendly, exceptionally friendly actually. Two other young ladies were preparing sandwiches and dishes for the to go orders. My coffee was hot and tasty. The bagel I had was filled with cream cheese and was freshly baked that morning. Overall it was a very good experience and I would definitely go back again and try one of their wonderful omelettes or egg sandwiches. The prices were a little high, but in this economy what are you gonna do?

    Sweet bagel shop !

There was a healthy crowd, but we were seated immediately and the service was friendly and attentive. The restaurant itself is clean, bright and contemporary. We started with Bloody Marys and passion fruit mimosas--all excellent. (Although they don't salt the cocktail rims, so sodium enthusiasts beware.) Breakfast and lunch are served all day, and pretty much everything on the menu sounded good. We went with the oxtail and grits, biscuits and gravy, and avocado toast, plus breakfast potatoes, sausage links and hash brown casserole. Exceptional. All of it. The oxtail was fall-apart tender, with a rich gravy over creamy, flavorful grits that had exactly the right consistency. The biscuits were huge and fluffy with a good crumble. And the avocado toast wasn't some sad little schmear of avocado--it came piled high with avocado, tomato and onion. Actually, everything was generously portioned. Come hungry and be prepared to roll out the door. One thing I especially appreciated: they were working on improvements to the menu that day and asking customers to try and give feedback on a potential new corned beef hash dish. There's something great about a locally owned restaurant actively engaging its customers and always looking for ways to get even better. I got the 'itis, but managed to churn out this review before the nap kicks in--because everybody should know about this wonderful little gem in Boynton Beach. Big John's Eatery: absolutely worth a visit.
