I recently had the absolute pleasure of working alongside Andrea for an extravagant, Wicked-themed birthday celebration at the Grand Bay Hotel in San Francisco. As a DJ, I've been part of my fair share of complex productions--but this event? This one had layers. We're talking immersive design, multiple performances, theatrical moments, choreographed timing, lighting cues, and the kind of attention to detail that would make Broadway stage managers sweat. And yet--through every twist, change, last-minute curveball, and behind-the-scenes chaos--Andrea stayed calm, composed, and genuinely joyful. That smile never left her face. It wasn't just impressive; it was inspiring. What struck me most was Andrea's emotional intelligence and natural leadership. She wasn't just checking off a list--she was reading the room, checking in on vendors, comforting the family, and still had the foresight to ensure every beat of the evening landed with intention. For us as DJs, a successful event relies heavily on the planner's clarity, timing, and communication. Andrea excelled at all three. Her cues were crystal clear, her flexibility never compromised the bigger picture, and her collaboration felt seamless. It's rare to find someone who can hold both the creative and logistical sides of event production in perfect harmony. Andrea is that rare gem. And beyond the work, there's a real human connection there--a warmth that draws people in, makes vendors want to go above and beyond, and creates the kind of synergy that guests can feel, even if they don't see it. After this event, I'm not only grateful--I'm inspired. I genuinely hope to work with Andrea and Mia Emma Love Events more in the future. I believe that if we continue to collaborate, we could create experiences that are unforgettable, meaningful, and consistently next-level. Zoe made sure everything was done on time and handled in a very professional manner. Planning From the moment we hired Zoe, she made sure we adhered to a manageable time table so we did not have to feel rushed last minute. Zoe was always a phone call or text away if we needed anything during the months long lead up to our wedding. She did not hesitate with keeping us in line with the schedule, which we very much appreciated. Zoe has a great list of vendors she works with and each one of her recommendations were great! Zoe handled everything with contacting and coordinating with the list of vendors. Seeing Zoe work her magic on the day of the wedding was nothing short of awe-inspiring. Zoe had an answer for everything and smoothed out any small (or major, in my case forgetting the wedding rings down the street at our wedding suite) bump in the road. Her level of expertise in coordinating each small detail definitely helped put our minds at ease so we could focus on our special day. If anyone ever needs a wedding planner, look no further than with Zoe. I could not possibly recommend anyone more fit for the job than her!

    Even though this review is a bit late, I had to write it because Zoe is that good…read more I had a wedding in the bay area at Mills College and needed a day of coordinator for the big day. Zoe was able to come through for us on short notice and made our wedding so special. I can honestly say our wedding would have been a hot mess if Zoe hadn't been there. She helped wrangle family members, helped with vendor coordination and made sure that everything was organized and where it needed to be from start to finish. She went above and beyond in her duties imo - caring for me and my partner, helping to manage our emotions, being kind to our guests (who wanted to hire her too for their weddings!) and overall being a great manager of our event. She somehow manages to have a great balance of professionalism, organization, attention to detail, creativity and flexibility/empathy/adaptability to our needs - all while navigating 100ish guests and a demanding father-in-law. I can't say enough good things about Zoe - she was the best and I highly recommend her. Wish I could have another wedding just so I can work with her again :D

On top of the day of coordination, she includes check-ins months prior, a venue walkthrough and rehearsal coordination which I found extremely valuable to keep myself on track and have her really get to know my vision. She will ask questions you didn't even think about! Based on my specific experience, it was generally stellar but a few marks were missed at the beginning of the big day. Without an assistant, she was fully occupied with setting up decor downstairs so the prime management of multiple hand-offs, dealing with vendors arriving at once, crossing off key happenings on the timeline was not entirely covered. Otherwise, the wedding would of been near perfect. At the end of the day, she genuinely cares about her brides and works hard to make your dreams come to life.

They were very accommodating, and every request was fulfilled…read more Normally it takes her team up to three (3) hours to set everything up (we had 16 tables, 128 chairs, and other decorative items); when the time of drop off came, the venue only allowed one (1) hour!! Jennifer sent extra man power to accommodate us - at no extra charge!! My partner and I were not involved any "hiccups" in the day of, so it was a relief to know that everything was taking care of has plan. That coordinating team was beyond amazing!…read more They said on the day of the wedding I could enjoy the wedding and all would be don't by the team and they were not mistaken! It was unbelievable! Lorie,LaShawna and ALL the others were sooooo wonderful to deal with. Everything was as we talked about and exceeded our expectations!! Afterwards all of our belongings were put out together and ready to go! Would recommend them , no problems with response time or getting things done! Thank you so much for one of the best days ever!

Jessica & LaShawna are freaking stars! The planning process was seamless. I was so impressed with the attention to detail at the wedding venue walkthrough. We walked the entire venue, bounced ideas off each other for placement of every single item, and built a schematic. They even measured the venue to know exact placement of tables, chairs, etc. Planning the wedding was so easy/smooth thanks to the planning tools and check ins. Our rehearsal was straight to the point and very easy. We didn't need the full two hours allotted by our venue because they were on top of everything! Then came the wedding day. Our bridal salon overlooked the venue, so we were able to see the progress throughout the day. THEY WORK HARD!! and I mean, they pay attention to every single little detail to make sure the place looks beautiful and perfect. It was so impressive, we all couldn't stop talking about it. The wedding day went seamless, on time, and without a single issue. Jessica and LaShawna were there every step of the way, speaking to each other through their own personal headpieces. If anything came up or if I had any questions, they were there and ready to help where needed. My wedding wouldn't have gone as well as it did without them, I promise. I feel so grateful to have had the best team out there!! We also decided to hire the CLE House cleanup crew which was fantastic as well! Janet did a great job and cleaning/tidying up fast and making sure we got back all of our stuff. Thank you so much for being the reason why my wedding day went so perfectly CLE House!!!
