Rosemary Events doesn't actually offer DOC, and after chatting with me and realizing that I didn't have the budget for a full Wedding planner, she graciously spent at least 30 minutes talking with me and giving me advice. I can't fully explain how helpful she was when she did not have to spend the time or energy helping me at all. She is obviously a true professional and a really kind person. If I had a budget that could even partially afford her services, I'd use her in a heartbeat!

Yolanda and her team set up an outdoor movie screen + seats + decorations and individual beds + tents + decorations for the sleepover and it was AMAZING. I sent multiple pictures to those who couldn't make it and they all couldn't believe how great it looked. Not only is Yolanda extremely talented, but she and her entire team are SO KIND. She did not hesitate with keeping us in line with the schedule, which we very much appreciated. Zoe has a great list of vendors she works with and each one of her recommendations were great! Zoe handled everything with contacting and coordinating with the list of vendors. Seeing Zoe work her magic on the day of the wedding was nothing short of awe-inspiring. Zoe had an answer for everything and smoothed out any small (or major, in my case forgetting the wedding rings down the street at our wedding suite) bump in the road. Her level of expertise in coordinating each small detail definitely helped put our minds at ease so we could focus on our special day. Zoe was able to come through for us on short notice and made our wedding so special. I can honestly say our wedding would have been a hot mess if Zoe hadn't been there. She helped wrangle family members, helped with vendor coordination and made sure that everything was organized and where it needed to be from start to finish. She went above and beyond in her duties imo - caring for me and my partner, helping to manage our emotions, being kind to our guests (who wanted to hire her too for their weddings!) and overall being a great manager of our event. She somehow manages to have a great balance of professionalism, organization, attention to detail, creativity and flexibility/empathy/adaptability to our needs - all while navigating 100ish guests and a demanding father-in-law. I can't say enough good things about Zoe - she was the best and I highly recommend her. Wish I could have another wedding just so I can work with her again :D

Without an assistant, she was fully occupied with setting up decor downstairs so the prime management of multiple hand-offs, dealing with vendors arriving at once, crossing off key happenings on the timeline was not entirely covered. Otherwise, the wedding would of been near perfect. At the end of the day, she genuinely cares about her brides and works hard to make your dreams come to life.

The planning process was seamless. I was so impressed with the attention to detail at the wedding venue walkthrough. We walked the entire venue, bounced ideas off each other for placement of every single item, and built a schematic. They even measured the venue to know exact placement of tables, chairs, etc. Planning the wedding was so easy/smooth thanks to the planning tools and check ins. Our rehearsal was straight to the point and very easy. We didn't need the full two hours allotted by our venue because they were on top of everything! Then came the wedding day. Our bridal salon overlooked the venue, so we were able to see the progress throughout the day. THEY WORK HARD!! and I mean, they pay attention to every single little detail to make sure the place looks beautiful and perfect. It was so impressive, we all couldn't stop talking about it. The wedding day went seamless, on time, and without a single issue. Jessica and LaShawna were there every step of the way, speaking to each other through their own personal headpieces. If anything came up or if I had any questions, they were there and ready to help where needed. My wedding wouldn't have gone as well as it did without them, I promise. I feel so grateful to have had the best team out there!! We also decided to hire the CLE House cleanup crew which was fantastic as well!
