If you are looking for a general contractor service that is smart, responsive, and respectful, look…read moreno further. When we contacted TNTS with our project, I had the pleasure of speaking with Sally, who was extremely kind and polite. She was able to schedule a consultation that day!!!! I was very excited that they had the time to see my property so quickly. Leslie worked with us as the general contractor, and she was so kind and considerate. My wife and I felt so comfortable speaking with her about the project, and she was comfortable as well. It was very easy to tell her what we wanted to do and why we wanted to do it, and she was very receptive and thorough. Once I received the quote, though, my jaw dropped.....The price was considerably less than I had expected!!!! I thought this would have easily been a $10k job, but to do it all for $5800, I thought there was a mistake. And to add even more thrill to the whole scenario, they were able to start work THE WEEK AFTER our estimate was made!!! I have worked with general contractors before and I have never had an experience like this, in a positive way! When the work started, the contractors that were sent to our site worked fast however very professional. They did all the work to code and they cleaned up afterwards. Ron, the carpenter that had worked with us during the replacement of the columns and the stairs, was very friendly and easy to work with. He had even made some suggestions that had saved us some money, which we were able to shift to rebuilding the stairs at the bulkhead (which wasn't part of the contract, but they were happy to do it!). Chuck had been the contractor that installed our ceiling vent, and God bless him! He did a great job, even though the heat had been brutal in the attic initially. The project was divided into 2 days because he didn't have a ladder long enough available at the time to access the vent in the exterior of the house, but they got that turned around very quickly as well. Through the whole project, any concern I had I brought up with Leslie and she was very professional and reactive. This company works to please their customers, and not condescend or cut corners to pad their pockets. Believe it or not, even when it came time to request payments when scheduled, they were extremely kind and respectful. My experience with TNTS had been so positive, and the work had been done so professionally and cost-effectively, that my wife and I decided not to sell the home as intended. Once we found a great contractor, and started to customize the house to our liking, we realized that it's a great place to stay. It's a great feeling to know that we have a contractor on our side to help us with home renovations, because we will be using them again, and again, and again!!! Thank you TNTS!!!

We had a wonderful experience with Top Notch Transitional Services. My parents have been hoarders…read morefor many years and had managed to fill up their entire 2 story house with their collections. At this point, the house was in an unlivable state, with very little area to even walk or sit and the air quality was very bad. When my Father was hospitalized, the situation came to a head because he was not going to be allowed to go back to the messy house. This left us with a situation in which we had to clean out the house, and very quickly. Due to the size and scope of the problem, we knew this was not something we could handle on our own and we were going to need professional help. After exploring many options, we finally settled on Top Notch. They explained a process where they sort and organize all the items while working with the client to make sure they are not overwhelmed by the process. At the beginning, it was very difficult on my Mom, however, they assigned a wonderful project lead, who was not only capable, but also very personable and friendly. Together, she and my Mom were able to develop strategies for cleaning out the house. Brandon, the owner, was always very responsive and he seemed genuinely concerned about doing things the "right way", even it would take his team more time. The whole process took about 3 and a half weeks. Brandon and his team delivered what was promised and the price we paid was the price which was quoted to us at the start. We were amazed at the results. It has truly been a life changing transition for the entire family and we could not have done this without the help of Top Notch.

What stood out the most was they listened to our needs and used that information as a foundation complimenting their new set of eyes to make the space more creative and functional. From the start, Catherine came for a free 30-minute consultation to understand the project and provide a quote. We very briefly talked about our needs, as we thought there would be more discussion once we decided to move forward. However, there was nothing after the initial consultation. Not until the day before the organizing day did they ask some basic logistical questions, which were not tailored to our needs at all. During the organizing process, there were just a few messages, and little editing was done, despite the fact that there was a lot of clutter that needed to be sorted through. The team quoted two days for organizing the living room, kitchen, and hallway, but they did not complete the job, leaving a lot of items piled on the floor. They did an okay job organizing the Kitchen, but there was still overflow despite having un-fully-used cabinet space. Additionally, we had explicitly talked about a shelf that we wanted to use for display, but they used it for random storage. Additionally, they promised to provide an in-person or video walk-through after the organization, which did not happen at all. When they provided the final invoice, the products used were not listed clearly until I asked for a complete list. They also planned to add furniture, but they failed to secure it by the organization day, delivering it later. Lastly, they charged $150 for trash removal and $150 for assembling the furniture, of which amount was not communicated in advance. I would not have used these services if I knew the cost beforehand. Overall, the lack of communication and poor attention to detail made this experience very unsatisfactory. I hope this review helps others in their decision-making process.

I have been using (and recommending) Heather for about 7 years. She is excellent to work with on…read moreany home organization project. I interviewed several organizers before hiring Heather. Heather works hard, keeps you working hard, but takes her lead from you. In other words, no worries about her coming in telling you what you "must" get rid of... instead, she helps you consider the pro-cons of keeping something and lets you decide. If you hang on to something, she helps you to come up with systems to keep things in an orderly and accessible place. Also, other organizers immediately wanted me to buy things (for example, expensive Pottery Barn wall system)-- Heather has worked with my many plastic tubs, ziplock bags, folders I already have, etc..... (I have a Staples fetish) to help me create my systems. I have used Heather in every area of my home-- attic, basement, garage, home office, bedrooms, closets- you name it, we've worked it over! I am terrible at maintenance - so now that I have my "systems" in place, I schedule periodic visits to get things back in place. It is exhausting at times, but feels great afterwards! I highly recommend her!

She has helped me de-clutter and make things so much more FUNctional and yes emphasis on FUN. I love when she visits and love even more when i am reminded of the benefits of her every visit. My hobby is sewing and I was so overwhelmed with all the project I had she helped put order into my space and gave me a clean space to work in that was a launching pad back into a much missed hobby. I'm about to move but not without her help. Can't thank her enough, oh and by the way if you think you can do it, realize with her help you will get it done a heck of a lot better and quicker. Thank Heather for all you do
