The process of choosing a door, getting and agreeing to a quote, making a down payment and then Sergio's ordering and acquisition of the door, customization (we have a nonstandard front entry), sending to the painter (optional; we chose to) and scheduling the installation was absolutely pleasant, easy and timely via mostly text messages with the occasional phone call. Sergio was PERFECTLY communicative the whole time; there was one day where I said to my wife, "I wonder if Sergio's gotten the door yet," and later that day he texted me, "Got your door today!" Day of the installation comes and it's not Sergio that shows up initially, it's a couple of younger guys (Adam and Gabriel) who can't be too too far out of high school. They tell me Sergio's on his way and they are going to get started, and they do. These young men were also very obviously good at what they do and were so very cool and respectful both of me and my property. They got busy, I work from home, at some point Sergio showed up, and they worked throughout the day. They: - Removed my old security door - Removed my old front door - Removed the exterior and interior trim - Removed the existing custom, metal frame - Built a new frame on my lawn - Installed the new frame - Installed new exterior and interior trim (I supplied interior trim materials which I had on hand) - Installed my new front door - Installed my new security door - Cleaned up after themselves I COULD NOT BE happier with the service I received from Any Kind of Doors. The best part? Throughout the day, I got to observe a master craftsman teaching his journeymen. Over and over Sergio had Adam or Gabriel do the work, and competently coached them while observing closely. The work is immaculate and I got to watch this dude get it done and simultaneously pass on his knowledge in a family business. And my house. Looks. AWESOME. I'm seldom compelled to write a review, but when you gotta, you gotta.
