She has the patience of a saint and she's very gently in removing your old lashes and in placing your lash refill. The lashes are placed properly and you don't feel that your lashes are stuck together once they start growing. I think I found the best look for me, the D curl. I LOVE Lina. She is the only person that I go to for my lashes. I have gone to about 15 different lash person and I have never gone back to anyone of them. Lina is able to do lashes that fits each person. She doesn't just do the same type for everyone. The place is also super cute. Listen, I have been a loyal customer of Lina's since before she had her own salon. I haven't gotten my nails done in 2 years & since Xmas is coming up I wanted to get them done. I really wanted to go to Lina because 1) I'm a loyal 2) if you look at her IG she has beautiful nail art. What I asked for was not even difficult. There is literally no technique attempted here. She just splotched on some polish. My sister and i were her last clients and we just felt extremely rushed. When she was doing my sisters nails she said that Lina was on her phone inputing her address to see how long it would take her to get house. Extremely rude and offensive. Did she think that this looks good & presentable? Would she want these on HER hands? Probably not. I don't know why she would think this was acceptable work. I obviously had her fix it and told her just to make the whole nail glittery. She said okay and rushed the job so she can go home and it was still a bad job. This is the absolute worst nail job Ive ever received. It looks like my little cousin played with my nail polish and did my nails. I'm honestly so confused as to why my nails came out so hideous. This honestly feels like a personal attack considering that her Instagram page has tons of highlights of the nails she's done and they look good. So why was mine done so poorly? It's just foul. I had the worst experience with Lina. My sister in law gets her lashes done here so I was very excited to try out a new lash spa. I was very clear with the style I desired, Wispy. I've gotten my lashes done for year ans wispy is pretty universal. She said, ok and proceeded to take of my old set and start on my née set of lashes. What I received was not wispy, and they were shorter than my previous set. I was told that wispy lashes are called by a different name in her salon. If that were the case, that should have been explained to me at the time when I requested my preferred style of lashes. As a customer, she never listed to me nor did she simply just accept accountability and ask how we could resolve. After repeatedly asking how we can fix the lashes, she agreed to have me come back in the next day. I was told to go on the IG and send a picture of the lashes. I found the wispy lashes on the page and sent them for reference. Upon finishing, when it was time for the fan for my eyes, I was reaching for the fan with my eyes closed b/c the glue had t yet dried and was burning my eyes. She told me to get the fan from her instead of placing it in my hands as my eyes were closed. My issue isn't even so much with the lashes and not receiving the style I requested, it is the lack of customer service and the poor treatment. In the end, she yelled at me and told me she needed to go pick up her kids. After investing $200 in lashes, I would never expect me or anyone to be treated in such a poor manner. I've never written a bad review but with the treatment I received, I will not remain silent and I am calling on the owner to rectify this situation. read more

Lina has been doing my lashes for years (since 2014 I think). I recently took a 2 year break from lash extensions and just went back to Lina at her beautiful new salon. I don't know why, but I went elsewhere for my initial full set and regretted it after - my lashes were short and sad, not like what I use to have, and the glue fumes stung my eyes. I went to Lina when it was time to get a fill and now my lashes are back to being long, voluminous, and glamorous again, just like I like em'. I don't think I will be going to anyone else again. I once had to wait 1.5 hours for a scheduled appointment and one time a lash technician used scissors to pry my eyelid open. This appointment was such a breeze compared to the others. What an experience for me as a first time, but definitely not the last time getting my lashes done. Especially by my lash technician, Valerie Hong!! Wedding season was nearing, so I went to Val for a full set of classic lash extensions and had a great experience!! With my old lash technician, I could usually feel them go through each of my lashes which would make me twitch throughout the process. But with Val, I went the whole time wondering if she was even working on me because she had such a light touch. In the end, the results were fabulous! I have naturally straight lashes so the extensions took some getting used to. But after a few days, I couldn't help but feel freed from my shu uemura lash curler and mascara. Been going to Lina for a couple years for my eyelashes. Started with her when she was at Carnation Nail Salon. She was getting ready to go out on maternity leave and reassured me that she was training someone and they would cover for her while she was out. I made an appointment on line with the Make Me Pretty app and the appointment was confirmed. I showed up for my appt. and no one was there. She then charged me $30 for a no show because she was now doing her business out of her home in Santa Clarita. Never did she tell me this, nor did she ever reach out to me with the Santa Clarita address. How would I even know where to do??? I tried to reason with her and she insisted on charging me the $30 no show fee. Very disappointed that this is how a long-term customer would be treated. Very unethical in my book! read more
